All of your points are irrelevant, since last I heard Sheldon would have to have passed the driver's license exam here in the states and  not in the UK, so... Also I fail to see where in the exchange it says that her has a drivers license. Furthermore, he says it's scary so that could add to his anxiety while being examined. As far as the duration of the practical part of the exam it varies from examiner to examiner, and some of them can be real asses.

Just a few thoughts on the last episode: Actually I think this can be a big step for Leonard! Once he realizes that no matter what his mother thinks and says he is a great person, then he will be much more self-confident. He will always be Leonard, but maybe he will start to stand up for his believes, maybe stand up to Sheldon and in the long run be more confident in his relationship with Penny. No more belittling himself like "what a lucky guy I am - after years of shameless begging I got the girl!" 

The thing is: I think Penny already knows that she is just as lucky to have a guy like him. It's him who is in constant doubt of himself and that's also difficult for her.

So, don't worry Lennys, this can be a chance for them! 

At the end I was grinning and humming (on behalf of Leonard): "I am what I am, and what I am needs no excuses!" Go, Leonard!

I think she should, or, failing that, how about, to begin with, she stays a couple of night per week?

Maybe Amy could stay, on the nights Lenny sleep at 4B, then, gradually, they could reduce the number of nights Lenny sleep at 4A, and Amy could increase her nights, accordingly.

Yes to this! ^^^ It was not a very easy episode to watch as a Lenny shipper, but I'm hopeful about the future! As I wrote in the Lenny thread, 9x12 might be the start of something very interesting  And yes, Leonard was so darn cute in this episode!

Honestly, I really hope this 'Lenny sleeping sometimes at 4A, sometimes at 4B' nonsense will stop as soon as possible. I personally can't stand it anymore. As for Amy, I wouldn't be against her moving in with Sheldon soon. But IDK, I have a feeling it won't happen in the next few episodes. It'd be very intriguing, at least for me, to see Sheldon adjust to his new situation -living without Leonard, having a physical relationship with Amy, etc.- on his own. Also because this wouldn't affect the possible comedic implications at all: the main trio would still be together (Lenny across the hall and hopefully with more privacy) and Amy would be around a lot, too (a big YES to Shamy sleepovers!). This could lead to one or more SuperPals episodes, which I've been waiting for for so long!! We'll see

I had a dream last night that I was looking at pictures of a Lenny wedding (re-do with their friends and family) and the girls bridesmaids dresses were a pretty purple. That's all I remember. 

In reality, I'm still not so sure I'd want them to have another wedding. They certainly deserve it....actually, as I type this, I think I do want that for them. They deserve a beautiful wedding with nothing disturbing the romance of it, like a revelation of one of them kissing another person or another couples relationship issues getting in the way. LOL.

But if we don't get another wedding (hell, there might not be time for it at this point), I just want to see them continuing to grow as a couple and being happy with themselves and together

The thing is i can't see them doing a redo Lenny wedding unless they renewed their vows when Shamy gets married or if something dramatic and angsty happens between Lenny that would have them almost "restart" their marriage with a new/more formal wedding... and I don't wanna see anymore ship angst!

And I'll scream it from the rooftops: I really want to see what the hell is going on with Raj and Emily!!!! this show needs to be more than 3 couples - Howardette renovating, Lenny navigating the first year of marriage and still living with Sheldon, and Shamy reuniting and getting more serious - and then "oh yeah and Raj is still around and he has a gf that we sometimes see..." lol

I don't think there is a chance of a Lenny wedding re-do simply because TPTB said in interviews that they thought it was a 'fitting' for the couple 

That combined with the fact they never did a do-over for Howardette after Leonard started a fight with Penny in the middle of their impromptu roof wedding, they said that they would have a reception for all their family and friends when Howard got back from space but we never got to see that on screen  

Yes to more Raj please! He's talked about how he's not so into Emily in the past but it's been, what, two years now? Has that changed? Is he gonna marry her at some point anyways?

Okay, after checking out the discussion thread I just had to come here. All I want to say is: Yes, I'm a Shamy, and yes, I love Lenny, too. And Howardette. And Raj. Emily...not sure yet, but so what? If there are other people who ship Rajily, I'm fine with it and understand that they are dissappointed when they don't have many scenes.

Dissappointment causes anger, and anger multiplies when there are other people who are extremely happy, and maybe in their happiness not always as tactful as they should be... Happens all the time when you play a game and you're losing, and your opponent rubs it in.... Boy, I could have killed my brother several times when we were kids!  Fact is: I still love him dearly! But I will probably never play Monopoly with him as long as I live! 

So what I wanted to say is: Shamys and Lennys are both entitled to their feelings! Just please try to respect and understand the feelings of the fans of the other ship, the happiness as well as the dissappointment. I know of course that this is probably the wrong thread to post this comment (preaching to the choir), but I'm actually too much of a coward to post it in the main thread. With you I feel safe.

I do want a proper wedding for Leonard and Penny. After years of ups and downs, I feel they've earned it. I hate that none of their friends and family were there, especially Wyatt who absolutely adores Leonard. And it would've been the perfect chance to finally meet Penny's mother. 

What gives me hope is that the writers said they've talked about a proper Lenny wedding, even though there are no plans to do it. Yet.

This is how I feel, I love the whole show. There is no reason to be bitter about anything! As a Shamy fan, If its a Lenny episode It's not gonna ruin my week!  I love the show as a whole

I'm shipping Lenny from the bottom of my heart, but I don't have and never had any negative feelings towards Shamy.  Of course I hope for one or another Lenny-centric episode this season, but I can truly enjoy a Shamy or Sheldon-centric episode.

I admit, sometimes my initial feeling after a new taping report of a Shamy or Sheldon-centric episode can be a slight disappointment. But never until the point it causes anger. In the rare case of a slight disappointment I take a deep breath and call to mind the beginning of Reinhold Niebuhr's serenity prayer, that says:

"...grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change..."

So - another chance for a group episode tonight!  Really curious, especially with Kripke being there, too. Absolutely no idea what the main plot might be about. Barry may address the fact that the Shamy is back on course, but I doubt that will be a major plot... On the other hand, if he mentions to Amy what Sheldon told him about his relationship with Amy 2 years ago...mhmm...might get interesting...

But even as a Shamy I'd prefer an episode with the whole gang being involved.  Well, we'll find out-and soon!

Of course I would like a group episode or maybe something more substantial for Lenny to do other than hold up the wall.  But you know I would really like for Amy and Leonard to have a decent discussion.  They've always seemed at odds with each other and it would be nice to see them have a coffee together and just talk.  I wouldn't even care if they discussed Sheldon as long as it was more about them than him.

Yep, that sounds interesting. The few scenes they had without either Penny or Sheldon were always pretty awkward, especially in the early episodes. It got better in "The Anything Can Happen Recurrence", but still, as Amy said, it was weird.
