Was that the same laptop Sheldon offered to sell to the dry cleaner that he can now not through away?

Maybe the thought of Howard's junk having touched his laptop made him second guess whether to keep it or not?

-Sheldon arrested?  Do we forget Sheldon was jailed for contempt of traffic court.

-Sheldon off the grid..  how about the cabin at the north magnetic pole

-and out at the star trek scene when their car gets stolen

-maybe from his p.o.v. he didn't view it as a traditional arrest since all he needed was to apologize (him not doing that is what got him thrown in after all)?

-didn't they have access to communication up there?

-maybe since his phone was still in service, he technically didn't view it that way..... or maybe he just forgot?

Finally saw the episode. Seen better seen worse. The Howdette raj storyline was the best one. Raj with the bear was funny. listening to heart beat was cute. raj was a little cringeworthy but he's been worse. The Lenny Shamy storyline was mediocre at best. penny didn't like the hat but it seemed like it was Leonard's choice not to wear. Thought Penny read the HP books. Contradiction? Sheldon in his underwear and horny Amy, again. I m sorry it's just not funny anymore. The drinking game was fine until Sheldon gave away Leonard's secret. does Sheldon think you win the game by causing a fight? Why would you tell Sheldon a secret? penny overreacting? The money issue again was brought up so Penny can tell Leonard she hates her job. Could of come up with abetter storyline for that. Why do they always have to show penny had a previous sexual experience Leonard hasn't. I think it would be funny if the roles were reversed for once. I do admit though Lenny wasn't as bad as many thought. In regards to the tag. IMO the worst part of the show.To  begin with it has been mentioned on a previous episode About Sheldon retrieving a frisbee in the park. Another contradiction. The rest of I never( or whatever it was called) was just plain boring. Definitely just filler.

Saw the episode tonight, as you say seen better seen worse. There was not much to laugh about. The Lenny fight or what you shall call it was nothing to worry about. Howdette and Raj was far better story than Lenny and Shamy.

What the hell? Penny drops a bombshell - that she hates her job - and Leonard isn't bothered once she says she's still going to stick to it anyway. It doesn't seem to occur to him that this is a really big deal in their lives. And then, instead of any further development of this crisis in Penny's life, we switch to a pointless, and seemingly endless, scene of Sheldon and Amy being tedious. What makes the show's creators think that a 20-minute episode needs filler?

Penny loves the country, but the first time she and Leonard ever go to stay together they take Amy and Sheldon - guaranteed to spoil it. And even then Leonard could have suggested he and Penny go hiking in the rain, leaving the burden of S&A in the cabin. But he failed again. It seems L&P have never even spent a weekend in, say, Yosemite NP, as it's never been mentioned.

Leonard got the girl of his dreams, and since he got her it's begun to look as tho' he doesn't deserve her. Sad.

Why were they drinking out of odd glasses?

If you are referring to the scene of Shamy playing Never have I ever together, I think that was really cute.

I suspect it's revenge, for Penny using his toothbrush to clean the sink.

The reference I can find is from 4.24

Sheldon: Congratulations and welcome temporarily aboard. Here’s your I.D. Card, your key and your lapel pin. Which Leonard was too cool to wear. FYI, part of your responsibilities as roommate pro tem will be to drive me to and from work, the comic book store, the barbershop and the park for one hour every other Sunday for fresh air.

Leonard: Bring a ball or a Frisbee, you know, something he can chase.

Does not mean anyone actually touched  real frisbee.

I believe the reference is to 4.24. As I said before it does not show he had actually touched a Frisbee.

I thought it could have been funnier quite easily. For example Sheldon could have had the full bear country kit (literally bells and whistles), and worried cabout bears while walking from the car.

I thought KC wasn't looking her best. Her face might have been slightly swollen, and was made up as though to conceal some problem. Does anyone know anything about that?

I agree.

From The Roommate Transmogrification:-

Leonard: Bring a ball or a Frisbee, you know, something he can chase.

Firstly, Leonard suggests a ball or a Frisbee, but doesn't not confirm he has ever actually brought either to the park.

Secondly, he suggest the items as "something he can chase", but chasing something is not the same as throwing, catching or touching it.

My favourite bit was after Amy comes out with her gauche TMI "rocked my girlfrien's world" and Sheldon drinks, the way Leonard leaves a suitable interval and then clears his throat, and Penny looks at him with a perfect smile and slowly gives him the nod to drink. It was just so well acted by JG and KC, and shows P&L as sexy without being vulgar.

Later in the bedroom when L says NHI made love in a cabin etc and P says she has to take a drink, I interpreted that as her finding what L said and the way he said it a little too coy.

In The Misinterpretation Agitation (8.07), when Dr. Lorvis turns up at her door, Penny tells Leonard:-

look, my company does not allow me to socialize with doctors outside of work. You got to get rid of him.

Yet, in this episode, Penny takes up the offer of a cabin, from a doctor she works with. :scratchhead:

I could be wrong but Penny is a Pharmaceutical rep that sells her company's products to Doctors or health organisations. But she also likely comes into contact with the Doctors that work presumably on developing prescription drugs at her company. So there are two types of doctors, external ones (clients) and ones that work for the same company as Penny (colleagues). I always assumed the cabin was owned by a Doctor who works for the same company as penny. If that makes any sense?

Well....maybe not....

Leonard: So nice of that doctor to just let you use it.

Penny: Well, she is taking me to an Indigo Girls concert, so hold that thought.

Wait a second, isn't  Emily a dermatologist (doctor)?

I'd go out on a limb and say she can't socialize with doctors who are clients.

I don't get the gripe here. She wasen't socilizing with the doctor at the Cabin. So technically Penny's statement in 8x07 still stands imo. Taking up an offer to use a Doctors cabin, and actually socilizing is two very different things imo.
