Oh man, Jim Parsons doesn't age at all ! Johnny looks young too.

In the preview online , of the scene, where Sheldon is wearing that orange t-shirt,  on the couch, I though it was some season 3 clip. LOL !

Actually none of the cast aged visibly, atleast not enough to be noticed by me. Only Bernie's voice has changed from season 3.

My engineer says that an "infinite persistence gyroscope" is nonsense.  Oh well, our guys are in a sit-com, I guess.

You have an engineer?

Who thinks that the end of Claire?

I missed it.  Who was Frank and Alicia?

-Goodie bag of toast.

-Howard and Amy are this bad together? Bernadette and Sheldon are an alright combination in that we actually saw less snark from Bernadette towards Sheldon than the other characters usually give him. Both helped each other be likeable.

-FINALLY. An episode where Claire hangs around in person. In all of Zach's mumbling he did make a point about how Claire can probably do better. But I still want her around as a cast member so slap her with Raj in Season 10.

-The dialogue about this stupid military guidance system plot is so corny. Yes your invention WILL BE USED TO TAKE OVER THE WORLD!!!1!!1

-Really? That's it? Claire doesn't even get a word in about the revelation? Well that's one way to not leave the audience hanging. Can we please do a relationship plot with actual shreds of nuance like Lucy again? Jesus.

Agree...they seems better together AND would be a slap in the face of Raj with some casual friends date....

Yes, I do.  He has worked on guidance systems.   BTW, Leonard and Howard need to read up on Export Controls Laws, which they are violating.  Precision guidance system technology is protected from export,  and having foreign national, Raj, in the lab during the demonstration is sufficient to be in violation of those laws.  While the show may get the physics right,  they aren't so good with buracratic rules.

Should we get worried that we need Zach, Claire, Mary, Beverly and Alfread to end the season ?  Don´t know if this is the right place to reply this......but seems writers are a little lost..

Entertaining episode.  Didn't make any progress per sé, but I enjoyed a lot:

1) Shamy's interaction showing that they are individuals yet very much a couple and feel comfortable enough to express their independence;

2) All of the Sheldon/Bernadette scenes and interactions.  They were funny and sweet at the same time.   Very cute and definitely surprised me how much Sheldon has read up on pregnancies and its restrictions.  Makes me wonder if they are going to have Sheldon suddenly love this baby;

3) Zack....he was priceless in this and I loved his questioning the boys if they were really smart or not....so funny because we ask that many times ourselves;

4) Penny and Amy tossing the awkward questions to each other.  It was hilarious how they used each other that way, yet were not mad, but just made for a fun scene;

5) Raj outing himself about dating multiple women.   I am so glad he revealed it.

What I didn't like is that Claire wasn't even able to react or say anything.....but I guess that will come soon.   I would like to see Sheldon come up with sweet things for Amy like he did Bernadette.  I loved their scenes (Sheldon and Bernie's), but kept thinking about how he went out of his way for Bernadette and yet rarely does that kind of thing for Amy.  Kind of found it annoying.

Likewise was surprised at the awkward silence between Amy and Howard when they got along so well before.  They didn't even mention the things that they knew bonded them before which could have broken the ice.   Kind of strange.

Also can't believe the boys are acting so naive about the navigation system.   Given their lives are full of scientific practice daily, this was a major flaw.  No scientist would have have considered all likely applications to their "invention" as part of their investigation up front.   Really was a faux pas in the writing there.   It just reinforced that Zack was asking the right question, "are you sure you are smart?"

I love all of those characters.   Claire is so enjoyable.  I thought tonight's episode was great and it sounds like the next two will be fun as well.  I think bringing in Leonard's dad is the highlight for the end of the season, instead of a having another cliffhanger.
