Yeah, I am pretty sure I read an article with quotes from Molaro saying that kids aren't on the cards for them anytime soon. I am not sure what's going to happen with Penny's career, another logical reason why parenthood doesn't make timing sense right now. The whole career thing was discussed plenty of times by the writers during the hiatus, I still think a change could still be in play this season. Im not saying L/P aren't worthy -they are - it's just that Sheldon lets the show go to extremes and that catches eyeballs. i would not start watching the show avidly now if I just ran into it. It's only that I am habituated. I think now I would find Sheldon a one note caricature and that would deter me. Wading past his flapping antics to get to the pearls of L/P that are barely there is hard work for me. The first two episodes show what a gimmick Sheldon is. Sheldon infuriates me at times, and of course I would love if Lenny got their own place and never saw him again. But this sitcom is different to every single popular sitcom, in that those shows never had a Sheldon to deal with lol. He is just attached to Lenny's hip, it is what is is. I don't see it ever changing. But as a male, I find Penny and Bernadette the most physically attractive. But Mayim is an attractive woman. And theirs something asthetically appealing about Amy. I am not sure the show is trying to get rid of its male audience. I have no idea what demo the show does best in Males and Females not sure. I am just giving my personal point of view as a male. I watched the show because Penny looked good in a tank top. I stayed because of all the characters and the show. I now wonder what painfully event caused his germaphobia I can no longer laugh at his antics for wondering what tragedy I would be laughing at. Maybe 4... you wouldn't get science or nerds from this show watching it now. This is the least TBBT this show has EVER felt. And y'all can be happy about your ships and such, not besmirching that, but is this it? Idk... it's just not TBBT anymore, Sheldon isn't Sheldon anymore, Penny is kinda blah. Leonard is an A1 jerk... idk. It makes me sad. Hopefully they'll be done with this plot and the rest of the season will have more to do with other stuff... like mix up the group a bit, this segregating of couples if damn boring. Anyway!
