How is every character on this show a douche? Sheldon as well as Raj maybe, but I wouldn't call all the other characters douches.

Okay first of all i want to apologise for bringing up the last taping report,but i've only just gotten the courage to read it.Well i'm not happy and i can understand every Lennies frustration with it i hated everything about it.It felt like i was reading   a representation of how they have been treated in the show.You have the other couple that have been getting all the attention from tptb and getting good stories and screentime,and  here getting sweet and lovey dovey scenes.Then you have  the Lenny  who tptb  can't be bothered doing anything for,get very little screentime and minimal story,and here they are with angst.On top of this we have the other couple making out,mutual i miss yous and flirting in front of the Lenny.They have never done anything like that infront of Lenny yet here they are,like the tptb are trying to drive home the point they're a better couple.Now the RA  well  again we have the other couple moving beyond needing it yet we have the Hofstadter's relationship devolve into needing one. Also i might of missed it but it didn't say if Leonard & Penny had any input in it or did Sheldon just decide what to put in.Now while i don't agree with them having a RA if it brings us more Lenny stories and goodness.The optimist in me would like to see it bring a return of the Lenny from the latter half of season 6.However the pessimist in me thinks they'll just sweep this under the rug and Lenny will continue to be the way they have been written so far these past few seasons.

I apologise for the long post but i needed to get it out of my system,i may of misconstrued what i read i guess i'll find out when i see it.

Honestly the way they are writing it now is baffling. It is as if they never wrote them in the first place. It feels as if they ran out ideas, which, of course they have. Oh how the mighty have fallen.....

Am I the only Lenny who didn't mind the TR? I'm not saying I agree with the premise of the RA at all. But I'm willing to see how that comes across onscreen. I've learnt something from this site past three years. Every time a TR comes out freak out. Then it's fine. I stopped reading them. As they are too vague. I'm just saying I don't see the Lenny in the TR any different to season 3. I remember they fought in the Guitar Amplification. Pretty much same lvl of angst. They over simplify things. Overreact. Make up etc. Penny has a right to want more from their relationship. And Leonard really needs to look at himself. And step up. This is potentially a good thing. I read most of it. I laughed at the RA thing. Feels like a gag to me. And I bet it we'll play out like that.

Lenny season 3 is different than season 10 at least it should be. Leonard wantedmore from their relationship since season 1. It took Penny awhile to catch up. I think some people will think it takes a lot of nerve to complain considering all that he went through to get her.

Yeah but lately Penny's been the Leonard of Season 1. You could argue. I'm just saying I understand Penny's pov. If wNting more from their relationship.

Well unless one believes that the Leonard/Penny relationship is to the writers only a plot device to explain why Penny is even talking to the rest of the group. The way the show has been written since the beginning of season 8 one might get that impression. I have (and I was expecting it to go differently at least in the second half of that 8th season).

The difference between Penny (past) and Penny (present) is that it used to be little snarky comments to Leonard which some chose to interpret as cute and loving. Now it appears to have taken a quantum leap to full out complaining about him  to 'outsiders' (even though they are friends, they are still outsiders in the marriage)

I'm sorry but Penny is nothing like Leonard i season 1,i understand Penny's p.o.v too she wants her romance ninja back but i find it ironic her saying he's taking her for granted.Isn't that how she's always been with him,and what about Leonard's p.o.v ?what things has she done for him ?maybe Leonard's stopped being that way because Penny hasn't done anything .
