If I have permission to be appallingly sentimental for a moment: 

this year has sucked balls. Giant sweaty veiny balls. Work has been a nightmare, and I feel on the inside like an amateurish rendition of The Scream. But one thing that I have consistently enjoyed is bitching/cooing/everything with all y'all.

Thank you for tolerating my wordy sulks. Thank you for your generosity in providing information that I am too much of a Luddite to find myself, and for which I don't express enough gratitude. Thank you for your insight, your wit, and your long memories. Thank you, one and all.

Have boatloads of fun with your loved ones, and speak soon!

Due to work schedules I had dinner and prezzies with my kids and grandkids last night. As a parent you love your children equally and try not to play favorites, that being said my daughter who is a wonderful young woman gave me clothes.

I'm not sure why this is any incentive for Lenny fans to watch the episode. Apparently there are more Stuart fans than Lenny fans.

To be Fair I don't think when writing the episode. They think of catering to any one subset of TbbT fan base. TbbT has all types of fans. The fact they neglect Leonard and Penny as characters, is inconcidential to the main purpose of writing the central plot. I don't think they spend their time thinking okay how much can we diminish Leonard or/and Penny in this episode, muhahaha. You know. The fact they are addressing their broken relationship. Almost like a damaged toy. Still a great toy. But needs repairing tells you they are at least acknowledging they have neglected Lenny for years now. It maybe to late now.

My only issue is they say it would change the DNA of the show too much, Moloro often says that. Yet they had no problem maturing Howard and having a baby with Bernadette. Had no problem evolving Sheldon into a man who willingly shares saliva. Mostly with Amy. And has now successfully had colitis twice. Had no problem finnally addressing the living arrangements.  Yet Lenny having a baby together, they are too immature. Like been said they have basically been Sheldons surrogate Parents for years. So they have had good practice. So I just think tptb are a bunch of chickens. Who see change as like a iceberg moving at glacier pace.

Since season 6 they dragged out Lenny gettting engaged for three more seasons. TBH should of married them , their and then. Or should of married In the final episode. They got engaged too soon imo. Then we have to endure lack of isolated Lenny scenes. Where they are constantly interrupted if not by the real tin man. It is The Inconsistent writing. Then of course they dragged out Shamy having coitus. For Three more years since The Love Spell Potential. And when it finnally happened in The Opening Night Excitation. Three seasons later. I was very disappointed. Apart from the fact, they dragged it out so long. I mean After Love Spell. It seemed a very obvious they would do the deed pretty soon.

But they dragged it out three more seasons. So it just felt anti climatic. But I felt Sheldon did it out of obligation. And it diddnt feel to me them. His line was it well do it together. Uh so cliched. For a Line coming out of Sheldons mouth. Now they have turned it into some kinda gag. "Amy's yearly birthday sex". With Sheldon I feel it's always 100 steps forward, 100 steps backwards. The episode where Christopher Llyod played a bum lol showed that. Sheldon is so inconstant these days. You just don't know which slim shady is going to appear. It puts you into a false sense of security.

And that's not a good feeling watching a sitcom. My mid point is they tuned out a certain segment of the audience over the past three or four seasons. Mostly due to dragging out these aforementioned storylines. I don't beleive TbbT ever had any real big payoff. They are just trying and doing a poor job, trying to make ppl laugh. But it has kinda put the show into a moving pattern. Thing is they could easily wrap the show in one episode. Penny says she's pregnant the end. Thing is they can't really write Lenny off. Because Sheldon needs them to playoff.

I used to think they needed lenny to play off for sheldon but i believe tptb think they could have amy replace them
