And Raj was like the worst possible type for her. You have Lucy who is crippled by social anxiety then you have the full on in your face over the top Raj. Lucy probably did need someone different who could slowly help her or try and get her out of her shell a bit, but slowly is the key word here. Raj is not slow in relationships, he meets a woman he falls for them straight away and goes overboard.

It's almost like the just missed they evolved from Geek desires Hot girl to Guy supports the woman he loves unconditionaly. They just won't allow Lenny to grow. It is funny too. All the biggest grossing movies at the box office, are mostly super hero moves. Yet the show is still stuck in Geek Chic mode in 2008. That Geeks are not cool, or at least make jokes that suggest this. Things have changed Moloro, Lorre, Prady. We don't live in a subversive society anymore. Nerds get chicks. Smart is sexy. Wake up. They are out of touch. And now after Four seasons of pretty much ignoring Lenny. They are like okay lets make Lenny get excited about a RA, even though it is wildy OOC for them. But hey more stories are coming right? Wrong. I mean even if they do create stories. Its unorganic drama. They create fake drama. LOL its a mess. 

IMO they really underestimate Leonard! He is a great guy who is there for his wife and his friends most of the time. Sure he laughs at his friends some times but it's just some fun between friends, shouldn't be taken too seriously... He is kind, supportive and compassionate yet all this is almost completely disregarded. His friends barely recognize his contributions (just an example: he helped Amy when she moved in with Sheldon but she barely showed appreciation) and his wife blames him for taking her for granted without recognizing all the things he did for her all these years (e.g, being patient and letting her propose when she is comfortable with it) and without realizing her own needs and insecurities (she needs all these gestures to feel loved and appreciated, she might present herself as tough and confident but she can be quite insecure). I would like them to recognize what a good guy he is, at least for one episode. Maybe have Penny find out that many female graduates come to him for advice because he is so smart, nice and cute, perhaps have Amy comment that they know he is married but they also know divorce statistics, making Penny give her an angry glare. Maybe he is busy working for a week or two and the others have difficulties getting along without his help (e.g, taking Sheldon places, advising Amy and others)...

Trying to guess how Raj, Claire and Emily will interact in the episode (if we believe Molaro and there actually will be such an interaction) my idea is that for some reason Claire and Emily have bonded, without knowing they were dating the same guy. Then they stumble upon Raj in a cafeteria or something like that while they are together and the truth comes out. This could be a very good way for Raj to face the consequences of his actions. I would hate, however, if there is in any form a rehash (even if for just one episode) of that creepy harem, with the two girls interested in dating Raj again...

I agree on that, she was a nice character for me, but not really suited for Raj and his attitude towards relationships. She broke up with him exactly over that. I also liked, anyway, that she didn't take his shit and she soon ended their second try after she discovered he was dating Emily too. I would like to see her again in the show, but not as Raj's love interest.

Yeah I wouldn't mind seeing them on the show again in some form. Even seeing Lucy making an appearance (Raj or someone else in the gang bumping into her) and looking like a more self confident person having found someone would be cool to see.

I just don't want to see them back with Raj, the guy hasn't changed at all and chances are history will repeat itself.

I think we already got that - she once popped up at the Cheesecake Factory and I think she was doing better with someone else. And then Penny ripped her a new one for no reason. So I don't think she'd be back.

Good Lord, that would be a nightmare,lol! I would hate it too...

I like your idea of girls have bonded and Raj could learn his lesson somehow from that. However Raj is still so immature and there is no more mention about Isabella that I dount know what to expect for him in next episodes. I think he should live a complicated situation for he could figure out how immature he has been about his relationships but maybe it would be too drama for a sitcom. Emily could be back for kind of being a reminder to Raj how much he failled with her and after all she would be the girl he loved but imo that feeling of Raj could really love Emily as they were together was not clear at all.

I agree, there wasn't nothing in S. 9 indicating Raj is in love with Emily. I think Raj ending up with her is the my worst case scenario, ever worse than Raj dating Emily and Claire at the same time again. Frankly he used her in a very bad way. I'm not at all against casual dating, as for example Raj was doing when he dated Lucy and Emily, he barely knew any of them and  you can't call Lucy his "girlfriend" (even if she was such for Raj) after a couple of dates and kisses. But he was in a relationship with Emily for 2,5 years, she called him in tears and begged him to go visit her; regardless she was trying to manipulate him, which I don't think, it was a hint she wanted him back as a boyfriend. You can't mess up with people like that, if you are not on the same wavelength about the kind of feelings involved. Emily can do way better than Raj, if they get back together I can't suspend my disbelieve such as thinking he finally realized she was the "one", no matter how many rainbows and unicorns the writers place along the way; I will forever think he did so just for not being alone and she did so...who knows why!

If we are lucky we will get to see Emily and Claire stomp a mud hole in his ass and walk it dry, would be my new favorite episode 

I would like to see a Lucy cameo before the end just to see how her life has progressed and if she has managed to observe some of her issues she was a nice girl it would be good to give her a happy (Raj less) ending.

I think some of us should help the writers with the scripts. Your idea of the mud hole would be memorable forever in golden laughs tbbt fans department, lol!

I also love your Lucy idea. I am probably in minority but Lucy was one of my favourite support characters. But I love to see characters improving their lives and imo Lucy was a character filled of potencial. Too bad she could not be in the show somehow. Stuart started timidly and now he is a current character.

I agree!  At one point, I used to really root for Stuart (except when he went out with Penny!!! [how is that for one of the all time Lenny moments:  "Oh Leonard!" when she was making out with Stuart!!!]).  Now he just gets creepier and creepier....

I hope the three fathers plot line goes away. Completely, and forever. Raj is bad enough with his no boundaries relationship with Howardette. For me, this is another element of the show that has wandered into the Land of Unbelievabilty. Howard might tolerate a lot of Raj's actions, but it's hard for me to conceive of a woman putting up with his constant intrusion into her home and family.

Frankly, the idea of Raj as some sort of extra parent is unsettling. He's not even a good dog owner as evidenced by the amount of time we see him in 4A, and at Howardettes. Factor in a 40 hour work week and Cinnamon spends the majority of the time alone. Not good. Raj is apparently the Aqua Man of dog owners... Why would we assume he'd be any better as a god parent or baby sitter? Though, to be honest, I hope Halley is seen and heard from about as often as Cinnamon.

I really hate what TBBT have done to Stuart. There was a time when I genuinely enjoyed seeing him. At this point I feel they have ruined his character. Creepy is the perfect word for him at this point. Put him back in the Comic Book Store and leave him there. 

As for watching Howardette sleeping; Raj or Stuart. Both would be equally disturbing. Why on earth would two, supposedly highly intelligent, people give either one of these two a key to their home?

I know what you mean. Another character that have been developed for worst...

I liked how Stuart kind of tortured Raj in last episode, I would not mind to see more of that, lol! I am here crossing fingers tightly for the Three men and a baby plotline changes, as there is so much potencial for Howardette family has great stories and hopefully it would no be developed just for the easy laugh and creepy stuff.

But the truth is the writers need to have a few creepy characters. If it depended on me, surely Stuart would not ever see Howardette sleeping again and would get less creepy, less depressed and had a few nice subplots related with comic and culture pop stuff. Some of the best tbbt scenes happened in comic store and nowadays it seemed to might be closed or something alike.

I think the three men, a mother and a baby storyline will change. I think TPTB need away to get Howedette in storylines away from the baby and Stuart and/or Raj is the way.

IMO Raj is such a douche that I really wouldn't mind him not having a girlfriend. That being said. Emily was the character (amongst Raj's 3 women) that was explored the deepest. I liked her (the actress) but the character was written very inconsistently. First they dialed the creepiness waaay up, and then they made her a whiny stupid excuse for an ex girlfriend. On top of that Emily's "feud" with Penny didn't bode well for the character either. I also didn't like the episode in which Sheldon apologizes to her either. Of the three I liked Claire best, but IMO she had better chemistry with Zack than with Raj.

I totally agree with you. Some of the ideas I've read in this forum are way better that what TBBT canon is. Now that you mentioned them both in the same paragraph, perhaps Lucy could end up with Stuart. I'd love to see him have something go his way, and it would look to me as if they'd be a reasonably good match.

Claire wanted to know if she was the only one and tricked Raj into telling her. She wasn't happy with the answer. No clue about Emily, but she had a precedent, Raj told her on their first date ever he was about to date somebody else, so she might have inferred that also on this occasion he would have been honest with her. You can't casual dating your ex girlfriend for 2,5 years if she is in love with you and you are not. It's immoral and deceiving, in my book.

Just saw bill prady on Twitter saying tonights show is the funniest this season. Jmo but the bar is so low it shouldn't be are to be the best. he and i have totally different ideas of what comedy is

I have never thought about it but imo you made a nice point. It would be a nice way to Lucy be back and Stuart get less creepy and depressed, the man deserve to be loved, come on! I would love to see these two together! I have a new ship, your fault @Carlos

Watch the episode again. Tptb wanted the audience to know both knew about each other. Both women's body language gave it away that they knew. And when Claire found out she still continue dating him.
