As a matter of fact, the person I got the info from specifically stated they didn't mention the RA. I'm not sure why you're assuming they have a clause in their RA that doesn't allow them to fight, because it was never said they do and I'm pretty sure they don't. I didn't assume they couldn't fight. I just mentioned it's confirmed they didn't use it the next episode. The only thing I saw that confirmed is that leonard can't play video games under some conditions. I can't see why they need Sheldon to write that up.
