Honestly, I dont mind much for have not seen that ( Sheldon' s  road test)

Yeah, there's another difference between the couples.  Sheldon's road test is off screen, most of their relationship discussions happen off screen for Lenny.

Which I think we should see them on screen as there are things too much important to happen off screen. You know that I am a shamy who also supports lenny since pilot.

Doesn't Sheldon consider MIT a second rate school? I mean Howard went there.

Frankly, I feel the same could be said of Kaley. Fact is, I think it could have always been said of Kaley. She could have been replaced at any time and the show could have sailed on without any significant issues. Particularly in the early years, and especially after the Wheaton engineered break-up. 

Like it or not, (and I generally don't), TBBT is increasingly Shamy centered. All of the others have been rendered much less important than they once were and it would not necessarily kill the show if any of them left. And, for TBBT purists, the departure of Shamy might even offer the chance to return the show to something closer to its original premise. Unfortunately, the Shamy fans that also depart might toll the death knell from a ratings perspective.

I am not advocating any of this, so everyone can put away the pitchforks and torches.... 

Imo Theirs no TbbT without Kaley. Take away her from the pilot. TbbT does not exist without her character. So I'm sure I agree you take her out nothing changes. I mean currently sure. As you said it's so Shamy centric these days. But wasent always like that.

Sheldon seems to be forgetting a lot lately. Maybe he needs a software update or leonard upgraded his firmware. Or is suffering from amnesia.

He made an agreement not to make fun of engineers or anything to do with Howard.

I am not sure I Trust Mayim anymore. When she said Penny is jealous of Shamy's relationship. And nothing could be farther from the truth.

Okay, I'm not sure where to post this but anyways... about having another season, since it has not been established whether this season will the last season, it makes sense to me that it isn’t because everybody seems kinda clueless about it.  I mean, that’s why it’s a clue for me because nobody confirmed it yet.  Now, I don’t know much about writing but it’s getting late into the season which leaves them little time to write it and figure out a way of ending the story in a orderly manner (not that I’m saying they can’t necessarily do it tho).  And I have this lingering feeling the writers have planned this whole story arc for the next season but has kept it a secret for awhile but hasn’t shared it with too many people.  And ya know what would be a funny idea? It's if we find out there is a season 11 by watching the finale?  Its if they confirmed it through a cliffhanger basically revealing it in an interesting way, like sorta hinting it to the audience with the storyline.  But I really doubt that’s going to happen.

Now, season 10 has really been revolved around Shamy/Sheldon which meant it’s not the most balanced season.  I really feel like that season finale should include something of everything that basically represents the show.  But what I do notice is that season 10 does explore how each of the characters have grown up.  While I really appreciate the romance on the show more than the science… I want to see them more about it.. like Sheldon winning the nobel prize (because of some sort of discovery) or something because I really want them to be in a happier place other than just their romantic lives by the end of the series.  I mean we know they talk about the science, but is it… enough?

Well they definately don't talk about science anymore. They haven't for years. IF were talking about the dialogue. Dynamics have shifted to couples comedy. Where your right Shamy are centric to the show now. Balance is a major issue. But I don't see that not being irreparable at this point in the series. I mean I agree with you. It would nice for the characters, well the guys to have more then just their romantic lifes. But point is this was not an over night thing.

This has been a long term gripe for fans of the show for years. Since 6.24 tbh. You don't revolved your show around one character, or by extension one couple. And drift a way from the original premise or purpose. And expect that it could easily be fixed. IT can't, the show is what it is. Until it ultimately calls it a day. Which doesen't look like its this season. Unfortunately, or Fortunately. Depends on ones interpretation. Tht brings me back to that balance.

The guys used to be extrodaniary individuals, who happened to have romantic lifes. Well before Penny came along anyway. Now its all consuming. Whens the last time they did something outside the box? The Guidance System plot was weak imo. Dean Norris was great, legend he is. But still. Theirs no balance to what they do anymore. The show is revolved around the guys romantic lifes now. Getting rid of Shamy, maybe something original fans want.

Gets rid of this issue. But tbh Shamy bring the ratings in, and a certain part of the mainstream enjoy their story. Instead the show these days lower the bar. Instead of going for anything creative and original. Like this taping, typical Sheldon tired out joke. Be funny if we saw him drive. But  nope lets riduclue these characters, instead of celebrating them.

It's the business concerning the driver's license. Another throw-in line from the writers that really doesn't make any sense. When you get a DL you have to take a driving test. In a vehicle that you provide. And, since you don't have a license you have to have someone who does take you, in the vehicle you will test in, to the testing facility. Who took Sheldon and in what car? Any of his friends that took him would then know that he had a license. They would, in turn, tell the others. This would not have remained a secret for any length of time. Certainly not for two years.

 

Don't most people who've had a friend or relative teach them to drive take one or two lessons with a trained instructor in a driving school car in order to rehearse the driving test and learn the route ? Isn't it usual to take the test in a driving school car ?

Well the gang teached him to drive Season 2 The Euclid Alternative I think it was. That was funny. They blended humor and character development so well. I just look at it. Funny first. It's not funny. From what I read.

The gang were unsuccessful teaching him. It was years later that he revealed to Leonard that Amy had taught him.
