Presumably Amy is going to want Penny to have it in 4A as it was a gift? Whatever idea they have for it it will be good to see it again and if it happens it could potentially be very funny. Will Sheldon also be hanging up the Fake Shatner/Lenny sex painting up as well lol? Assuming in the end they gave it to him lol

As I already said, it was difficult to get her exact words, so let's wait to have more certain info to rejoice about that. Anyway, for me that could be a very funny plot; also because now PAmy have a very different relationship than the one they had in S. 5, when the painting appeared for the first time. Back then, I think Penny accepted the gift also because she kind of pitied Amy for her life before she met the gang. She consider her like her "younger" sister to protect and guide. That was not bad, of course, Penny was very nice. But now they have a more equal relationship, Amy is not to be pitied anymore, so you might expect Penny being more direct with her with regards to how she (and everybody, on that matter) dislikes that painting. It could be fun...IF that happen, let's wait and see...as always, LOL!

I have enjoyed having the morning to read everyone's thrilling commentary over where our Shamy is at right now.

To add on to the evidence that Amy is not into all the romantic things as once believed, I just loved her shock at seeing all the rose petals all over the hallway. Penny was like "Sheldon is going to get some" and Amy was like this is "ridiculous" no he is not. She stepped over those flowers like toys trickling out of a kid's room ready to reason with the culprit behind the door and opened it to find Rat Pack Pee Wee Herman. Well, Amy, the candles and voice coming out of him was definately not. When Sheldon stood up, that would have been the end of it for me.

As she told Sheldon, they were not going to make a baby that day, and she meant it. We know she longs to touch and be touched by Sheldon. All praise goes to her for sticking to her resolve when he was putty in her hands because of her scientific endeavors. Like Amy said, her brain is a sexy thing indeed. Despite Sheldon's convictions, it must please her to know the effect she has on him.

I always felt Sheldon would make a great and proud Dad. Now, I'm convinced of it; Talking to the cells in the incubator, wanting to put a pic on the fridge, sharing pictures from his phone, taking about its accomplishments, combing schools, etc. Makes my heart melt how perfect he feels Amy is for him and the wonderful prospects of their progeny as a result. When they really do get pregnant, he is going to be there making Amy feel awkward every step of the way. That child is going to be born with no doubt at all about the unique Fowler-Cooper world it just entered.

Last but not least, we know Sheldon is a butt man. It is hilarious that he believed Amy would be as hot for his as he is hers. I wonder if Amy had done the bend and snap like he did, he'd be on that like white on rice.

An engagement is definately around the corner. None of this feels rushed at all. It just feels so damn right.

Given all the emotional build up, I'd like to think by the time Shamy dance again, it won't be referred to by the "C" or "S" word, but the "M" word.

I spat my drink out when she said 'Rat Pack Pee Wee Herman' lol. I'm assuming he got that idea from a film, some 1940/50's film or B&W noir. The only thing that was missing was a cigarette in his right hand to complete the look lol

I can only take Amy's word for it that the petals, hair gel, the garb, music and that deer musk or whatever the fuck it was lol did nothing for her. Though I guess she could have lied to Lenny when they asked her.

But I have no doubt the dance got her motor running judging by the the comment she made when she left the room and whilst flustered moved her clothing a bit like 'is it getting hot in here?' lol.

When I saw Sheldon 's seductive look I thought of Donald Drapper from "Mad Men". Well, mad men whose meaning at the DD show is related with commercials ( sorry but I dont remember the right word), so the madness reference worked  for me, lol!Besides DD is sexy and maybe Sheldon saw him on Netflix...

Btw I've  really loved how Amy was all hot and bothered at the end. It was not easy but she did it, you go , girl! 

What happened when Sheldon went back to 4B cant get off my mind, lol! Cant help myself, later I need to rewatch the whole thing a few more times!

She didn't look particularly thrilled when she entered the apartment and "petting zoo" is not exactly the type of fragrance anyone would find attractive - so I believe her. LOL

I loved the way one reviewer refrerred to Sheldon's seduction in this episode as having literally started off because of a little "prick."

I got to thinking about Sheldon's bend and snap. Isn't showing off their hind quarters one way monkeys show their interest in mating? I even think Sheldon mentioned this just before Amy kissed him on her couch the first time.

To bad Amy didn't get the penial display as well. [emoji23]

After seeing the little changes this week I can't wait for what the set designers might have for us in 10x10 after they got an extra week. Especially when the writers giving us little redecoration story bits like Lenny's room. I want to see 4B to be more Shamy-ish! :D (And in 4A some more of Penny's stuff!)

Do we think that any major redecoration/renovating won't be done until perhaps a Season 11? They have a pretty talented team of set designers who could probably make significant changes pretty quickly and before then if needed to.

Maybe they incorporate it into the storyline like they did with Lenny and Leonard's bedroom being changed? I think it could be cool to see perhaps Shamy changing one of the rooms in 4B at first.

All the subtle changes in 4B and 4A like the whiteboard etc provide a bit of a fun game each week seeing bit by bit and piece by piece the apartments being transformed.

I think that, more that actual renovations, like new furniture, curtains and so on, there could be a massive exchange of memorabilia, probably Sheldon wants some of his action figures in his new place and Amy thinks it's time for Penny to take her painting back. I don't see the main set (4A and 4B living room) to be changed so much, just made more similar to the personality of their new tenants in the by adding some details here and there. As Penny changed so deeply Leonard's bedroom, though, I expect some major renovations in 4B bedroom, in the near future.

Right now I'm thinking they're mostly doing gradual changes like the one we've seen so far with the changing decorations here and there. Bigger changes will probably pop up every now and then like Lenny's bedroom. If we're getting some more changes in 10x10 I'd love to see Shamy renovating their bedroom, or maybe even see what happened to Sheldon's room.

Those subtle changes have been a smart move and it is like a fun game to viewers  as we notice our ships' s stuff here and there in the apartments and that  gives a sense of permanent living together every new episode that we were waiting for so long.

If there would be great changes they might happen this season if this is last one, which we hope it is not.

I believe we will see very soon changes in shamy 's bedroom. I think by the time they would revisit coitus , that bed migth have a Amy' s bedcover and Sheldon's sheets. For it would be really their nest as it is made of  equal parts of their bedclothes  preferences.

Making Shamy Babies 4x01 vs 10x08

Scrawny baby Shelly though - how much he's changed since then! I mean, obviously it's because Jim picked up a more healthy workout routine. But still. Let's just pretend being with Amy did him good. LOL

I just watched the episode and oh, my, oh, my! Every single Shamy scene is priceless. My favourite moments:

1) Sheldon smiling at Amy's 'functional boyfriend' comment as if agreeing with it instead of being offended, lol. To me that equals to him saying to Bernadette: 'You don't know what a handful I was before Amy came along! 

2) Sheldon compromising with Bernadette on who has the best 'baby' after Amy's 'Sheldon, that's enough!' She has him well trained! 

3) Sheldon's body language at the beginning of the scene when they were checking the results of the tests run on their cells. His left hand was on the table, his right hand on Amy's chair, and it looked as if his body was enveloping her. I love how comfortable he is with being like that around her 

4) When he said 'We have to stop for magnets on the way HOME.' It's the 'home' part that made my heart flutter. Home is the apartment he shares with her. She's his new home now.

Talking about that, I love that despite the fact they're officially living together now, they're also spending time together in the lab and Sheldon is not complaining of feeling smothered by Amy or saying that he needs time off from her or to have a guys night. Old Sheldon would be complaining of seeing Amy way too often. Remember when he tried to get out of going to Amy's relative funeral and wanted to play games with the guys instead? Or when he had to catch up with the date nights missed during the time he was away and got Lenny to have a double date with Amy and him thinking that it would count as two dates? Then he wanted to get the dates over with ASAP, and look at him now. He's so enjoying every single second he spends with her. Our Moonpie has grown! 

5) When he says they have to make a baby, it comes out of him so naturally, he says it so out of the blue, as if it's so normal. I love how he raises his eyebrows with a pointed look at Amy after saying it, as if to validate his point. I think he wanted to make Amy believe how 'logical' and obvious that step was, lol 

On this topic, he didn't even CONSIDER in vitro fertilisation. His mind went straight to the good old baby-making way, lol. In vitro fertilisation didn't even cross his mind, and they were on a freaking lab! I would have LOVED to see Amy confronting him about this. I wonder what his reply would have been had she pointed that out to him.

6) His face when he says to Amy that she's playing hard to get. And how on earth does he know that that's something that people do? Has Penny given him a Flirting 101?

7) When he picks up the pencil, that ass wiggle, lol!

8 ) 'Sheldon gonna get some!' I LOVE YOU, PENNY! 

9) When Sheldon waves his hands from his crotch towards Amy trying to get her to smell the deer musk.

10) The 'Anything you'd like to pet?' comeback. Again, how does Sheldon KNOW sexual double entendres? He's never gotten any hidden meaning behind people's words about ANYTHING, and now not only does he understand these things but he's also saying some to Amy, and about SEX of all things! Where is my clueless, innocent Sheldon?

11) Amy so hot and bothered...  Coitus 2.0 is just around the corner! 

Wow, I think I just listed the entire episode, lol. I thought the ending was kind of unresolved, though. So next week it's about Sheldon being jealous of Bert and that's it? He just forgets about trying to get Amy to sleep with him? Just like that? Kind of a lazy ending, IMO.

BTW, I don't know much about flamenco, but I'm pretty sure that you don't have to slap your things while doing it 

April, those gifs are amazing!  Thanks for sharing. I love the comparison gifs as well. It's amazing how Jim Parsons looks exactly the same!

Okay, I rewatched the episode twice and shamy scenes a few more times , and I have to share a few more things:

1) When Sheldon and Amy were at lab, the way Sheldon got behind Amy's chair and put her away from the microscope was very playful kind. He was excited but his moves were more relaxed too, a sign he is realy happy these days. So did Amy, she even smirked about his eyelashes.  And I cant get over this hapiness of them

2) A shamy baby must have a Flash t-shirt. Aunt Bernie's fault!

3) Really loved the Amy's voice tone as she defended Sheldon to lenny because he is the person she loves. Even she was avoiding him at that moment. Pure and true love

4) It was a subtle face change but we could see how sexy dancer Sheldon was affecting Amy. Her voice even tricked her a bit as she said he was being ridiculous. Then we saw how she was close to lost her self control!

And last but not least, as Sheldon stood up and got close to Amy as he towered her over and asked if she would pet anything, our Amy quickly needed to leave. Because she should have felt weak on her knees, lol! Who can blame her?

I would have loved to see what happened after he got back to 4b as well. Did he try it again? Did Amy go back to her apartment and slept there and told Sheldon that she has to work and needs therefore some peace? Or did they have a conversation where she tells him that she is not ready for a baby and asks not to push, while he assures her that he would never force to do something against her will, but confesses her that their first time awakened sexual urges inside him and that he can't stop thinking about doing it again with her. This would surely be the overkill for Amy.

Thank you for the gif Spidergirl! It's so hilarious! Poor Amy living with this sexy man under a roof must be so hard! I wonder what his next step will be? Sheldon dressed as Mr. Darcy recitating scenes from Pride and Prejustice? Sheldon dressed as Cooper who wants to take Amelia back to his future? (I would love to see how he reacts if he found out about Amy's ff, please writers tell us!) Or Sheldon riding bare chest on a horse while his long hair wig flutters with the wind, picking up Amy from work? (This would be my overkill ROFL)
