Sheldon actually has some of them - like the astronaut with the balloons and some abstract geometrical design which he both wore earlier this season.

I was thinking about getting some cute racerbacks for the summer myself!  lol

I saw that balloon design but figured it was a free stock image or something. To my defense though Sheldon's new and improved physique makes the tshirts look very different on him lol.

Lucky you, I can only ogle the clothes for now!

Agree, they look very different on him. It is funny but now I dont like much to see him on superheroes t-shirts and prefer as he wears one like that he was wearing in tag scene of this week episode. It reflects he his more mature, you know. Well, what really suits Sheldon now is shirts like that one he wore in date night in last week episode for his  well built body. But I guess Sheldon without his t-shirts would not be Sheldon, lol!

They've matured Penny's (and to some extent, Leonard's) so why not Sheldon too.  And I think that's what they're trying to do by having the design of the shirt be more "mature" instead of super hero's.  It doesn't help that it looks like Sheldon works out when we know he doesn't.  So either tell Jim to knock it off (yeah, no.) or have wardrobe department buy bigger shirts.

I agree, I'd prefer him to dress more maturely. Maybe not get rid of the superheroes but at least get rid of the very bright colours and the weird combos. They did the same for Amy and she didn't lose her distinctive style at all.

Though I'd rather his date night clothes remain date night, tbh, since it's a special occasion.

for me it is the opposite. The date night clothes while nice,  look a bit, soulless , ordinary and conventional. I love vibrant colors on Sheldon, full of life.  but my favorite ones are related to numbers and math and physics. That is what makes Sheldon who he is. I loved  Gravitational waves t-shirt he wore , the number 73 T-Shirt and also the melting Rubik's cube one. I don't want Sheldon to change his dressing style too much , just like I don't want Amy to change it too much either. i like how Shamy accept each others' dressing style.

Whoa, the negative vibes on Sheldon's shirts! I happen to have a few of the shirts he wears in my "wardrobe" (purely by coincidence, but still cool to see him wear one that Ive got!) so I guess I better grow the hell up and put them out to pasture!

 

I was thinking of wearing the starships shirt at the taping tomorrow but maybe I should go with a baseball shirt instead? decisions, decisions...and Im posting this tongue and cheek, for those that think I'm actually butthurt lol

IMO the designs on his shirts are fine, I'd like to see less weird combos though (mainly the bright ones, like yellow on top/orange underneath) and more dark colours. I dislike bright colours on men in general.

I'd choose the one you posted to be more in theme.

Gollum has been visible on the first shelf of the bookcase next to the bedroom door in 4B for quite a while.  This is not a new prop placement.

me too, I love Sheldon's t-shirts so much! I normally like guys in suites, but whenever I see Sheldon on date night it makes me sad, him wearing suits feels fake and empty like it's not who he is at all!! His t-shirts are cool though, I actually wanna buy most of them for myself haha (one day I'll stop being lazy and figure out where to order them and will do it : P )
