I think it was Bernie and Howard's first date.  They found out the both lost their virginity in Toyotas.   Howard in a Corolla, Bernie in a Camry.  Here's the clip:

It looks like they are shooting 10.03 rather than 10.01 this week. Thoughts about possible Shamy's bits in this episode?  I really hoped to get a Shamy plot in this one, the sets are pretty "neutral" on that respect, so it still might be, but I'm not holding my breath on it. If L/H/S are in their military lab, maybe the girls at some point want to visit it, because they get curious of all the secrecy in the project. Or, when finally Sheldon is done with the gyroscope, they can have a date-night in 4A...Wishful thinking, of course, LOL!!!

Maybe the sciency looking set is Amy´s lab? Or would it be too soon to let Amy start with her mice orgasm project?

But I have a strong  feeling that the writers continue with the guidance system plot and the military. The guys get to know the responsible person for the project and meet him in his office and they also get their own lab, where they can work on their guidance system. And I´m sure if the military decides to invest in their guidance system, there will be a lot of pressure, laying on the guy´s shoulders, to finish it as soon as possible or at least to show results of their progress.

What I´m trying to say is that this project could require a lot of time, they guys would have to invest, so they wouldn´t have much time for their women.

I just hope that, knowing how easily Sheldon is to distract, he doesn´t invest all his time and interest in this project and forget about Amy. I´m sure that, just the thought, that he´s working for the military, makes him totally excited.

I don´t want to hear Amy saying lines like: "He ignored me for a week, because he spend time with his robot vacuum cleaner."

On the other hand, there more time passes without seeing any Shamy episode, the bigger the chance is, that we get to see not only a very heavy Shamy episode, but another milestone of them. (But within the next 5 episodes please!)

Maybe once Amy starts with her mice research, she tells Sheldon about it casually and he decides to skip the guidance system project, to support her.

Yeah, it's difficult to imagine those sets being part of the wedding redo story.  I don't know if the girls would be even allowed in the new lab since the eye scanner seems to indicate it's all top secret. And although Sheldon was part of negotiating the deal I wonder if he'll be working on the new prototype because he didn't actually work on the first one either - those were Howard/Leonard plots. But maybe the show skips ahead a few weeks and we see the guys with their new prototype and the office is from the AF guy and they tell him they're ready or something?? Idk where that would leave the girls. Sitting in Howardette's kitchen?? And Raj seems to get some sort of plot with his apartment. Maybe the girls help him??

With all that in mind, I guess there's a small chance in theory that Sheldon won't be part of whatever is going on in the lab and he and Amy will do their own thing in 4A while the other girls help Raj with his terrible dating situation. Or something. But I'm not holding my breath for now.

My hunch is E4 is Shamy and the flag convention. Amy plans it for Sheldon as he has been overworking so much and needed some R&R (and Penny does something similar for Leonard and Howard is ok being away from pregnant).

The flag convention seemed so definite it felt like its already written

My money would be on the lab set being the one used for the guidance system. Dean Norris the guy playing the Air Force guest star i believe (I could be totally wrong here) is due to guest star for three episodes. So I would guess he makes an appearance in episode 1 at the end, either via a telephone scene or turns up in person, we know he is in the second one and wants the guys to make the gyroscope smaller? So the third episode might be they manage it and he takes it away for military testing.

When I first heard about this idea I immediately thought it might be done as a birthday gift for Sheldon that she plans the trip to the convention or maybe an anniversary either for their relationship or fun with flags. I really hope no matter the exact timing the storyline does indeed happen.

The girls being annoyed that the guys are doing overtime in the lab? Could be. I hope they won't mope around too much, but I can see it. Oh well...

Yeah, exactly. We know there are a few Shamy plots on the horizon, it's just a question of time.

I'm not sure about 10x04. Strikes me as a bit too soon but mostly because I'm speculating they'll go to NAVA 50 in Oct. since the writers made a point about a "real life" flag convention and that would the be most fitting. Maybe 10x05 or 06? Either way, it can't be far off!

Yeah I get what you are saying, Sheldon is a huge part of the project as he did the math to get it to work but now it's at the stage where they are trying to make the guidance system gyroscope smaller and that probably requires Leonard and Howard more for that stage of the process. Still I expect Sheldon to go to the lab and offer some input and be around because he has a vested interest in it.

The project is a big deal so I hope the girls aren't too annoyed, but it's only natural if they are a bit. We haven't had a heavy shamy plot for a while but I would imagine we will get one in the first 5 or 6 episodes for sure. Any longer and you are looking at like double figures episodes since they last had one.

Maybe Sheldon might be needed for the "math". The AF asked for a tinier version of the gyroscope, I'm not sure if that requires some adjustments also in the "theoric" part of the project. Anyway, once he does that, I don't think he might be of any help in building the gyroscope, but most likely he will be around because he likes so much to be in charge and to think he is better than anyone else even in things that are not really his expertise. I think he will drive Leonard and Howard crazy, LOL!

As for Raj, I really hope in a very quick resolution of his conundrum...Maybe Amy can put some sense into him, in the Valentine Day episode she was too kind on him and the girls in general haven't given him proper advises up to now. I hope that will change...

It's a possibility. How about Claire's ex boyfriend appears (played  by brandon jones) who wants to reconcile with her and she's unsure and asks Raj how seriously his feelings for her are? Of course he doesn't know and asks the girls for advice, because he doesn't want to loose her but he can't choose between her and Emily either which forces the girls to hit him with his cushions to knock some sense into him.

I still want an episode where they go to Texas for a day or two. Amy bonds with Mary a bit, maybe Sheldon's siblings turn up (there is still his brother to turn up at some point). It could be part of a storyline in the prelude to the wedding and maybe you also get an episode with Sheldon meeting more of Amy's family. Please make it happen writers.

I hope so too, but it's possible, especially Bernadette could feel left alone with her pregnancy and with all the things she still has to do before the baby comes.  I hope that Raj supports her and that Howard helps her too and doesn't leave her alone with everything like his father did. And I hope that she lets Sheldon know when she wants to spend time with him and doesn't let him get away with his behaviour.

That they would be lovely! It would be nice to see them sleeping in Sheldons bed spooning or Sheldon shows her his tree house where he proposes to her.

Yes I'm think E3 right enough, I think we'll get a wee bit Shamy but it really sounds like the guys science is going to be the main plot. 

We never know though, I think one of the sets couldn't be seem properly - right ?? Maybe it's Sheldon or Anys bedroom ??!!! Or maybe they just make out on the couch lol !! I don't know but by E3 it'll be 6 eps since any Shamy cuteness - unless we get some Ep1 , so we'll be in need of a little sugar !  . Roll on Tuesday/Wednesdayand lets hope for more info !!

I´m glad that ON is in the lead! 

What I I love about this gif is, that it looks like their first one, with small differences:

1. I might be wrong, but to me it looks like Sheldon is holding his breath when Amy kisses him.

2. In this scene you can totally see, how nervous Sheldon is, you just have to look how his neck and his back are tensing, while his upper body moves slightly backwards 

3. The way he swallows after the kiss (I´m sure that their first kiss came into his mind and how much his feelings for her have changed since then)

The feels! 

I loved that so much!! I'm a big fan of their first kiss cause thanks to the alcohol Amy completely lets her guard down in that episode and shamelessly flirts with Sheldon the whole evening. The kiss was the culmination of all of that and Sheldon reciprocates and finds it fascinating. And to have that moment referenced in Opening Night was just perfect!!

But what I love about the gif specifically is that it's almost a perfect loop so Amy is kissing him like that over and over. LOL (I think it was made by http://shamygifs.tumblr.com/ before they changed their blog. Highly recommended if you like to stare at cute Shamy gif sets for hours! hahaha)
