Those are really lovely photos! I just love Raj and Howard who helped shamy to meet each other being the official fwf band, one of  oldest and sweetest shamy projects. I can't get enough of staring at these two adorable happy smiles as they are in fwf mode!

Glad they got Footprints back on, I guess they could have just recorded the jingle and played it before their show but it's better if they are on and it provides some more character interactions. Still wondering why they are doing a look back show, I'm certain it will be explained in the dialogue.

At least it is something to look forward to in this one, because I know the 'leave the room stuff' is going to annoy the fuck out of me.

I wish there was a taping tonight I love reading the spoilers that come out.

 I am sad though that the season is almost over. I will just watch the mostly glorious season 10 again and again, and pray for some new fan fiction.

The fwf sneak peek for next episode is hilarious! The energetic Sheldon's  tone before they started to tap cracked me up as it was so different than  he and Amy calm tone as they spoke at camera, LOL! And the way they look at the camera? Priceless! 

Love Footprints' s music! It looks like a Beach Boys song or something from 60's . Really nice!

I was thinking about the prequel and I was wondering if there was ever a possibility for young Sheldon to have met young Amy in past without realizing it. I know, it sounds (very fanficky), a little weird, and unlikely because with them having to live in different states.  But since it's not impossible, I'd think it would be interesting.  If the writers have written a TBBT episode about them realizing have met and then in another episode in the prequel where we actually see it all happen, I'd want to see it.  Even though this idea is sorta like an episode of Friends where Phoebe robs Ross and they finds out about it years later.

I always find these things a bit contrived tbh and in the case of Sheldon with his eidetic memory they'd really have work around him not recognising her. Seems difficult to do that...

Depending on when the show takes place I guess it would be cute if Sheldon catches an early episode of "Blossom" though. LOL

Yeah that was great, it is their 'baby' after all. Loved Sheldon's in particular enthusiasm lol. Then once the camera started rolling they go back to their deadpan acting, hilarious.

I have a relative who still doesn't get it's deliberately done that way, they thought it was poor or weird acting lol.

Imo it would be unlikely because of  Sheldon's eideitic memory. However Amy could have met Missy on an event or something as they were teens and we could hear from narrator Sheldon on prequel  or even from Sheldon in tbbt that after all the girls had met before shamy met each other. We have never heard about Missy and Amy had met, although they should have met on Texas by Christmas time this season. I must confess that I think it would be cool if we could see the two girls talking about Sheldon on screen. We will be able to  meet Rebecca, Bertie's girlfriend ,so it would make sense imo if we could see Sheldon's sister again. It could be sweet and funny at same time, as his sister could say how changed is her twin.

Imagine if they were doing FWF and Sheldon had organised Raj and Howard to play some piece of music or composed song during a segment of their show so he could propose. A proposal during FWF could be cool, though any way of proposing would likely be well received right now lol

I´m dreaming with a FWF proposal but I prefer the two of them alone for the moment, it´s more intimate and sweet, the Howardette proposal with all the gang was weird and Lenny propsal was awful and cold, this need to be LEGEN- wait for it -DARY!!

Can the proposal happen now please? I need it!!

I agree with @Jonny, any way of proposing would be welcome by me right now, lol! Also  agree with @anicez about them being alone in that special moment for both. FwF would be a nice scenario but I would prefer if Sheldon did it in a fwf off line, I mean after they log off the live session.

Happy episode day, my dear shamy fellows!

Looking foward to seeing the fwf scenes and that sweet contribution from Footprints on the moon to the show. These parts about Sheldon treated like a child, I must say I am crossing my fingers for they be edited, LOL! Well probably they won't be edited but I hope being nicely surprised for more shamy goodness we usually get from the litle details from their scenes.

Anyway, our beloved couple is always close to each other, wherever they are. Love how they sat always so close to each other!

Anyway, I hadn't high expectations also for the previous episode and I was proven wrong, since it was a nice one so...let's see! In any event, happy to see the gang back!!!

Like everyone has said it's a bit of a mixed bag so I am going into it with low expectations. FWF as usual will be amazing, Sheldon being told to leave the room by Amy will be hard to stomach. Fingers crossed there is some editing involved with that.

The episode turned to be the less I have enjoyed this season, it was so bizarre and bad about lots of stuf that I will need time to process it before writing much about my opinion. I am flabbergasted how a single episode took lots of steps backwards about lots of things on the show  *sigh*

I hated  Amy treating Sheldon like a child. I still need to process why was that happened.

 I loved fwf scenes and Howardette scenes without Stuart.However fwf plot was a bit repetitive as Bert interrupted it like Raj and Kripke in past season.

The "mind, kidness and body" could be seen like a shamy quote savior of the episode . Like the fwf scenes they were in their element and showing how bonded they are as Sheldon was confortable for saying things like that in front of their friends. I wish Sheldon could have elaborate more after Amy organs comment though.

Hopefully things could  turn nicer on screen for ep 22, 23 and 24.

Well that was a... bizarre episode to say the least. I really didn't get the point of the Bert plot at all. I mean, was it  to inform us about the various couples and what makes them and gets them to stick together? Because who the heck cares about Bert and his love life and what he does or doesn't learn from it? It's such a bizarre setup for an episode, and the ridiculousness of it all is that they treat grant money as if it's dollars that end up in the researcher's pockets when 95% of it is research expenses. Do they realize it's not like winning the lottery and it isn't Bert personally that gets rich? Why would a "gold digger" ever date an academic?! 

I wasn't as bothered by Amy telling Sheldon off as I thought I would be (although it was still eye-roll inducing) because eventually she had to cave and admit he was right, which is a first. But I was annoyed by the fact that the writers still think it's funny to tease the audience about Sheldon finding Amy physically attractive only to go "ha! just kidding!". It's REALLY bad taste now, and I actually found it borderline offensive that the audience laughed even before the joke came. Look, I get it that it wasn't Amy's physical appearance that attracted Sheldon when they met and that's totally fine. Expecting the opposite would be OOC. It was incredibly sweet how he gets all mushy when he says "So many things". And I don't for a second believe he's not physically attracted to her since we have plenty of evidence to the contrary. But the fact that the writers still think they can harp on that stuff at this point is absurd and cringeworthy. Not to mention resorting to the cheap token racial jokes and general shallow mockery about looks and money. 

The Howardette plot was marginally better but even there at the start I was a bit concerned it was a little bit too much stereotypical "mother doesn't want to go back to work" cliches, but it was saved in the second half when it became more a plot about all three of them instead of just Bernie missing Halley. Also, Simon's impressions of Bernie and Stuart was probably the best thing in the episode. 

Even FWF kind of fell a bit flat, which says a lot considering I'm obsessed with the thing. The whole "caller" thing was a rehash of Raj last season. It's definitely a massive slump in storytelling from the last handful of episodes, but the report for next week's sounds better so hopefully they can finish the season a bit stronger with the last 3.

Not really a fan of today episode, it was not a total train wreck because Howardette plot was hilarious, Simon and Melissa stole the episode, and the FwF part was cute (even if a bit repetitive, it felt like the Valentine episode last season...) but the A plot was not very funny. As for Shamy, like many of you, I hate when Amy treats Sheldon like a child, and that was exactly what happened in this episode, big time. Anyway, I must admit it looked like he was pretty fine with it. I think in a way Sheldon recognizes that Amy can help him in improving his social skills outside his group and to have a better understanding of human behaviors. On my part, though, I find way more interesting when both of them are being socially awkward and don't get human behavior, like when they took as a compliment the fact that their FwF show was too long, or when also Amy is shown to have problems to read the room, as when she realized that Rebecca was a gold digger and told Sheldon to come in saying "I was wrong", BTW, Mayim's physical comedy in that scene and in all the episode was really on fire.

The FwF part was funny, I love the fact FotM are the show's official band, even if Amy is starting to get jealous she can't play her harp too, maybe the duo can become a trio at some point, LOL! The idea of a retrospective on the show was interesting, with Sheldon interviewing Lenny, who obviously don't give a damn about flags, that was fun! Bert calling in to blab about his private life, instead, felt a bit off to me,  as I said it reminded a bit too much last year Valentine's day episode. 

TBH, and sorry if I rain in your parade, I had the vibe that when Amy said Sheldon loved her for her body because they had the same blood-type, it was a joke to be taken literally. When he looked at Raj raising his eyebrow in a malicious way for me he was just confirming that was exactly what he meant. Anyway, I liked the way he softened his voice when he spoke about Amy's mind and kindness....
