So many "Shamy" interviews for Mayim & Jim where she is talking and if you watch him, you can tell from his body language that he is plotting the next inappropriate thing to say. That translates onto the screen and also plays in a part in why they are such a fun couple of characters to watch. In fact the whole cast does seem to get on really well, either they keep any conflict well under wraps or they genuinely get on with each other. I'm re watching season 9 , from E10 onwards ( I still can't re - watch 1-9 !) anyway - all the small things Shsmy say to each other and the gentle touches etc mean so much and I can honestly say they are in a great place. Did they have sex again ? ( not that we know of ) but they seem so close and comfortable with each other - I'm not going to list everything as I really feel to need to binge watch to see what I am talking about , but I'm up to big bear and grinning like an idiot .....adorable !! . I had totally forgotten that Sheldon says " you're such an integral part of my life now......" ( can't remember exact line ) in Valentino , and he apologies for the fuss over the new laptop and properly thanks Amy for it, I'm telling you guys its - awwww !!!! That's too funny, I plan on doing the same thing when my DVD set arrives- skipping 1-8 because I just can't watch them (but gonna watch 9 though for aquarium) and then binge watching the rest of the season to see what I missed! My problem with season 9 is the episodes 1-6, as I have enjoyed the episode 7, even being very sad and heartbroken and I liked some things in episode 8 , like Sheldon listed what he was looking for in a new girlfriend and everything was only aboyt Amy. I have enjoyed how writters have been showing us how confortable shamy are in the place they are and we can see they are happy. There were great moments after their lovemaking, like their skype talks ( Sheldon now skypes with Amy in HIS bedroom and in HIS bed, priceless!), they touch each other more confortably as we saw in Valentino episode, they have fun again together as we saw in Bear episode ( thank you writters for no mention of a third room and for the absence of a stressed Sheldon for sleeping arrangements, hehe), they understand well each other (even they need yet some evolution in that field as they need yet improve their comunication imo ) and we also saw a jealous Sheldon (even very light) about Amy got massages from another men, hehe! My complain with season 9 after episode 11 was the lack of a kiss, hug or cuddle between Sheldon and Amy. They were kept in character but a little more affection between a couple that shared a so intimate moment as it is intercourse wouldnt harm anyone and wouldnt ruin anything in the show. So I believe this season will have great moments for shamy. It may be in episode 1 for make us happy. A kiss on the ckeek or a hug would be enough for starts . TBH all this delay in filming the premiere has increased my excitement over it and, since Episode 2 and 3 were poor of Shamy, also my hope for something good in store for them, at least in the back ground! With so many guest stars I am expecting nothing much, maybe the occasional Shamy line but Sheldon will probably be too preoccupied with his mother. The interaction I would really really like to see is between Amy and Mary, we had some of it in 9x24 with the car but them actually sitting down and talking could provide some interesting dialogue. I share your opinion that there won't be many Shamy scenes in tonight's taping, but with all the guest stars around it will definitely be far from boring. Will we get a Lenny wedding redo? I hope so. Will we get some Malfred related scenes? I hope so. Will we learn more about Penny's family? I hope and think so. As for Shamy: If we learned one thing from season 9 it's that anything is possible with these two wonderful characters...
