Thank you so much heres2U for all the infos! I have a question as well: In the last episode of season 9 Sheldon didn't seem to get the references that Malfred may have become a thing. But now all of a sudden he's into all this sex talk about them? What happened in between? Someone (Amy perhaps, because for Leonard it must have been too embarrassing) must have given him a clue? Oh how I wish all those off-screen moments might become visible:-)

I think it dawned on him in the tag scene when he and Leonard try to contact their parents but then Penny points out they turned their phones off:

Sheldon: I don’t like this at all.

Leonard: I don’t like it either.

Penny: Really? ‘Cause I love it.

In the tag of 9 x 24 Leonard and Sheldon realized about the Mafred thing when they tried to phone their parents, while Penny laugh a lot

I think he understood the situation in the tag of 9.24, when Penny explained it and poked fun of Leonard and him; they both said "I don't like it", so I guess both of them where thinking about their parents possibly sleeping together.

As for the possibility of many bazinga proposals, I think there's a chance for this to happen some other time, but  it won't be that often. I think it's very IC for Amy to expect something big happening on special occasions, like a wedding or Christmas (if they have a Christmas\New Year Eve episode), or VD (if they have a VD episode). But I don't think it will become a running gag; it's good to remind the audience at the beginning of a new season that Sheldon has a ring and Amy expect a proposal to happen anytime soon, but being obsessive over that without actually going for it might also upset the audience. 

LOL Im sorry, and this is gonna sound horrible, but when you talked about a "VD" episode I wasnt thinking Valentines Day! I hope youre right though about Bazinga moments- I think your average non-shipping fans out there would find an Amy waiting for a proposal, and mistaking moments like the one described in the TR, to be funny. We will have to wait and see!

Thank you so much for your help, but I thought that was just Sheldon not liking it when someone has their phone turned off, for security reasons and full-time availability of all his phone contacts or whatever...

So this is a new thought for me, this means we are to deduce from this that Sheldon actually gets a sexual reference about phones being turned off? Can we extrapolate it further that he might have gotten this clue because he might have done this himself to not be disturbed with Amy? And can we extrapolate even more that since in 9x11 he just put his phone back after his failed attempt to get a contract for consent from the internet, most probably without turning it off before because he was certainly distracted by Amy in that moment, that he might have done it during another occasion?

It might be a bit too far-fetched (but that's what we're good at, lol), but I'm just trying to find more evidence for my theory that they're not doing it only once a year... a girl can dream, lol!

Me too! I think Amy wont ever let Sheldon to think of her as his mother! Especially now they are kind of masters of coitus, ahaha!

Now serious mode, I think I have not thanked enough you, @heres2U for your brilliant job with the premiere tapping report. You gave all of us such great tips for an excellent and funny talk ( Sheldon's unique body part, lol!) among us all day :D

BTW, as Sheldon has a big narcisistic side of this mind, and cant help myself to revisit the topic again...

As someone with a huge ego like Sheldon , he could just think of himself, sexually speaking, even he seemed earlier that he didnt give a chance to sex, as someone like a genial male, phisical and otherwise. :D

It could be of course an old photo, but I like to think that Sheldon's bedroom will be a set in the next episode, hopefully with Amy in it; I know that there will be a two weeks hiatus before it, but maybe they decided to get a head start and build some of the sets...A girl can dream...

Of course Amy wants to marry Sheldon!! She wants since season 6 (rewatch Tenure)

Imo, the writers were wise about not mixing Lenny re do wedding with SHAMY engagment.

Two very important things to put together in the same episode. Premiere had to be Lenny episode, no doubt.

Sheldon proposal will be "whimsically inventive"  (If it is not Amy proposal!!) It is the next cow the writers have.

I don't remember seeing the tiara. But the wedding tape was shown once and moved very quickly.  I think I would have noticed it if she'd been wearing it!

I agree. Weve seen Amy at her full on wedding giddiness with Bernie's and I read the TR'a description as being another example of Amy getting caught up in the moment! Especially when the TR describes Amy entering a scene dressed up and askin "Who's ready for a wedding?!" Amy is always down for one and is more than ready for her own someday

And I bet she wont wear the tiara when she marry Sheldon. Because when it will be able to happen, Amy is going to be a less awkard lady socially speaking and then she may feel more confident in a such a nice wedding dress, without jewelry

I know she wore the tiara on Howardette wedding, it was at the end of season 5. Sheldon has given her the tiara a few months ago, and she wanted to use it in a wedding, even at City Hall.  I think now she wants to use the tiara ONLY in her own wedding with the man she loves! 

The tiara is Amy´s icon.

The biggest thing to take from that scene though is that Amy is absolutely dying for Sheldon to propose and maybe the longer it doesn't happen maybe the writers are going to have her push for it lol. I can easily see them doing a running gag where you think Sheldon is about to propose and Amy thinks so as well but it doesn't happen but then you get a sudden proposal when Amy or us as fans least expect it.

When I read the tr last night, the first thing that popped into my head (when I read about Amy thinking that Sheldon was going to propose) was that the writers are going to make this the new "will he or won't he" type of gag between Shamy. My personal opinion on this - I think the writers will do this (but geez, I hope not!!!) because we are nearing the end (at least two more years, please God!!!) and what better way to go out with a bang than to end with the Shamy wedding. Again, I really hope that I'm wrong because five years of Shamy blue balls almost did me in.

Hmmm....I wonder if they'll move in together first before the wedding? I don't know but I'm soooo excited!!! I can't wait to see what else this season brings!!!

I think it's 100% guaranteed she wears the Tiara Sheldon gave her at her own wedding, to not wear it would be one of the biggest fuck ups in the show's history imo.

In terms of her getting excited at the wedding she always seems to buzzing at weddings largely in part because she is clearly desperate herself to get married and walk down that aisle with all the attention on her. Nothing wrong with that lol and Amy is usually hilarious at these type of events.

If they do get engaged it could be comedy gold if they decide to plan out a wedding, would she be a bit of a bridezilla lol?

This new dress is prettier and more feminine. Fuller skirt.  Soft Fairy dress. But you might only see her sitting in the dress.  When she bursts thru the door, you might get to see the whole thing.

I think for Amy weddings have always been about inclusion, not necessarily about her own wedding.  Being an important enough friend that you are part of the event, not just a guest. She never had that until she met these people.
