Yeah, I think Amy/Mayim has a lovely smile always have. Thought the scene was very well done, nice mixture between some sexual innuendo and flirting but made the mind also a key part of it like you said.

I thought we saw a lot of mind/brain stuff again between them this season, bit like some of their old days in that respect but it's very different. They love each other's brain and it turns them on, makes them flirty. It's like you saw brainy stuff between them in the past but nothing happened, sometimes no reaction to it especially with Sheldon often being oblivious to it, but now...

Two wonderful shamy moments for starter and it is just the #10 th place. This is going to be excitting!

The brunch moment was in my spare list but it doesn't mean I did not enjoy it much. Actually the whole domestic scene in this episode was one of my favourite shamy moments out of their room , hehe. Especially in two moments: when Sheldon seeked Amy's help as they were on table and Stuart got upset. And when  Stuart  and Sheldon were drunk and Sheldon looked at an upset  Amy as she was taking care of the brunch leftovers. Trouble in paradise, lol! One of funiest tags of the season imo.

Regards the grammar flirt, I absolutely loved it, it had to be in my submitted top 10! I just love how both were relaxed and flirty at same time as they were speaking about what makes both randy: academic stuff, lol. My favourite part about this scene  was both were aware of the flirtation  as Sheldon not even for a second tried to give another tone to the chat. He even spoke about admonish  Amy and he always do it vigoursly, lol! These two! <3

@April , this was really  a great idea for we revise the season and gush over our " in love more than ever to each other" couple . This will surely help hiatus time goes faster and gets funnier as we spoke about the things we love about shamy as well . Thanks a lot for your time and work on this.

I think a lot of the appeal to me anyway with the brunch moment was also what it symbolised, them entertaining guests in their home just as much as the surprise for Amy and the intellectual stuff/don't get me randy guests are coming line.

I got a lot of enjoyment from seeing moments like this during the experiment. Them experiencing what home life is like.

I thought it was a brilliant move of the writers to tie their love for each other's mind to their new more intimate relationship in S10.

I've said it quite a few times in the S9 discussions that I thought Amy would have more success with her flirting if it's less "traditional innuendo" but more science based. I was very happy to see that this idea was eventually what the writers turned towards as well. I think it fits them perfectly and definitely levels the playing field, so to say, cause Sheldon doesn't have to suddenly recognise all these things that society deems appropriate for flirts and such. Instead they get to use their own language and it makes them a wonderfully quirky couple - no wonder the writers had such a ball with them this season.

I think it's also pointing to Amy's character growth post-breakup. We've talked plenty about Sheldon's already but Amy had her arc, too, that in the end let her appreciate Sheldon as he is and letting go of those ill-conceived notions of what their romance has to look like and all that. Instead of chasing after some ill-fitting ideal she's now embracing their relationship with all its quirks and the sheer joy of having this connection with Sheldon that she doesn't have with anybody else. And while there have been a few episodes in S9 pointing into that direction there have been a ton more in S10 and her engaging in these intellectual flirts with such gusto is one of those signs.

You're welcome! <3 And yes, giving us something to do for the summer (at least for the next two weeks until the S11 forum will be open) was certainly part of the plan. S10 was too amazing to not go over it again for a bit!!

Such two nice Shamy moments, and so true to them! I'm always a fan of Shamy's Skype talks, I remember that, as disappointed as I was for Amy being out of town soon after 9.11, I enjoyed so much the natural glow arising from them in their Skype calls...I saw the same glow in the Skype call on 10.24, with also some spicy fun in it. Theirs will always be a relationship of the brain in the first place, and they are special to me for that. 

                                                                                                                                        

Same thing holds for the surprise brunch. What I liked most about it was that Sheldon decided to do something he was not really inclined to, because Amy asked him, without bearing a grunge or something, he actually was pretty proud his his preparations. He decided to compromise and actually he kinda enjoyed the experience. That Amy's eloquence makes him "randy" was already a given to me, but it was nice to hear it from him!

Both of these moments were on the top of the list. I just love how Amy is so into having Sheldon correct her grammar. Look at that ridiculously happy face. I swear she is actually glowing in this scene. Only with this couple could talking about grammatical errors be such a turn on. 

I love the surprise brunch from Sheldon. I loved how again it was her intelligence and way of speaking that got him Randy. This was one of the first open flirting scenarios of the season. Also, I see him trying to make a concerted effort to really take Amy's feelings into account. Plus, that man can bake!

I love this and I could kick myself for having a major brain fart and forgetting to send my top ten in.(I remembered Sunday...UGH!)

I have always loved their Skype calls. And now I absolutely love the flirting. So much stuff from this season I can't believe we got it down to just ten.

When I had watched that scene for the first time was a delight to me as shipper.  Because  it had finaly came the day ( no pun intended, lol) that Sheldon would show to Amy he was not only attracted by her mind! And the writers had chosen just the perfect set for happening a cosplay both enjoyed  hehe! Remember when Sheldon said Amy did not believe in costumes? Yeah, right Amy Farrah Fowler! You two dont fool us, not a chance!

This was my number one for the reason Spidergirl said in her post.

I've been waiting for years for confirmation that Sheldon finds Amy attractive. I mean, the writers have been slacking in that department, never really bringing the subject up for discussion. I mean in what, five years of dating he (and I could be wrong) said she looked pretty once? I was beginning to think these usual "Sheldon only has an emotional and intellectual connection with Amy" people were right... Until this season and that moment specifically.

I'm kinda bummed that it's only 9th, but I'm still loving this list. I'm two for two!

What happens if your whole list makes up this top 10? Do you get a prize?

Yeah it was on my list as well

I don't know for certain but the discussion in Bakersfield when they are trying to compare Harry Potter wands vs a Thor's Hammer and Amy's reaction coupled with how this played out, in my head anyway I think Amy is a bit of a Potterhead lol. That's why the scene really really appealed to me, I think they were both getting enjoyment out of it lol. Sheldon's reaction is obvious but she got a robe for him to wear as well so perhaps she could get some kinky cosplay enjoyment from it? Again if she is a Potterhead which I think she could be then she might lol.

And like @April said about the scene, when people question if Sheldon physically desires her or not (plenty of evidence he does) and not in the organ donation way like @spidergirl also mentioned then just get them to watch his reaction in this scene.

Imho, there were quite a few moments in the past before but since they were isolated incidents people tend to brush them aside. Mainly stuff like Amy in her Star Trek uniform, or even when she showed up in that school girl uniform, and of course in Prom she wasn't "just pretty" - he found her so pretty he got a panic attack! The way he just looks at her usually accompanied with that heavy gulp was a dead giveaway and very consistently acted by Jim over the years.

But yes, S10 definitely solidified that feeling beyond any doubt. Homeboy is so smitten with her in every way! <3

I'm just back to add I'm not drunk honestly - just shouldn't be allowed loose with a smart phone & Tapatalk !!! Lol . When I posted just now it wouldn't post properly and I thought I'd messed up , so posted another twice and they didn't work properly either !!!! I thought you'd all be thinking I'd gone mad lol - however when I come on here through the normal internet my post looks fine ( although it now has my panicked 2 further posts attached ) I'm so sorry - anyway I'm off to be embarrassed in a corner ......carry one everyone lol - maybe my mother should of had me tested haha !!!!

Yeah and also when they returned home in the tag she was wearing gear and had bags of merchandise not in Gryffindor colors (so she wasn't just merely carrying stuff Sheldon bought) but Hufflepuff which matches the robe she was wearing earlier in the episode.

Yeah unless Amy says in dialogue she's not a fan I think she is totally a fan! lol.

Please dont feel embarassed. Our smartphones just kick us once in while, lol! Mine get into my nerves often for the words sugestions , that's why I make a non edited post in 1000 , LOL!
