In order to make up for the lack of Lenny in past seasons I think Lenny should spent the entire season 10 having naughty bedroom scenes together

Well...of course we also have the real post-coital scenes. Like this one here, a classic IMO.

And look at Penny's face. That's pure contentment. And Leonard's abilities (with a little help from google) achieved this. And I'm pretty sure that Leonard achieves this every time, despite the occasional teasing from Penny in this field. Why should Leonard acquire knowledge in neat ways to have great sex, and then not make use of it every time.
Oh and that Leonard recently began to mumble E = mc² to prolong the act of making love is only for Penny's benefit as well. BTW, Leonard must have started this after this year's Valentine's day, because in "The Valentino Submergenge" Penny thinks E = mc² is a rapper, while in "The Fermantation Bifurcation" she knows what the symbols in the formula mean.

Yes, it's the typical BBT pattern IMO. Establish one thing (in this case: Leonard is a genius in bed) and then make fun of it. But when they make fun of it, I have learned by now to take this simply as cheap jokes for the casual viewer. Throwaway lines with no meaning. It's really nothing you need to take seriously or something that is bothering, because the established thing is that what counts in my book.

Leonard: Ingenious lover, king of foreplay and king of husbands, who completely rocks his wife's world in bed.

What I love about this scene is the way they hold hands, because they do it with both hands, like they are embracing or holding each other not wanting to part away. This makes this moment so intimate and tender.

BTW is it just me or is it been a while since we saw Penny really drunk?  This always worried a Lot because she was always drunk when she was unhappy no matter if it was her love life or her career. But since she is married with Leonard,  I have n't Seen her drunk, so I see it as a sign,  that she finally has found her place in life with the right man.

The problem I have with Lenny's snarky behavior is that the don't really balance it out with cute scenes between them.  They could do cute and still make it funny, like having Penny come in late to a group takeout dinner, apologizing, then walking over to sit in her husbands lap and start eating his food, saying she is starved. SM: Yes! It's intimate, it's small with family and friends. It's outdoors at an arboretum in Pasadena that's quite pretty and outdoors on our stage. It's nice, and despite all the weirdness going on around it, you still have Leonard and Penny, who still love each other, and those pockets of love find a way of bubbling through the tension.

Q: Season nine also started with a wedding for Penny and Leonard — in Vegas. We've seen Howard and Bernadette's wedding before. How does this wedding premiere with the others we've seen?

SM: The other weddings have all been extremely charming in their own way, and this one doesn't disappoint. It's sweet. Bernadette is officiating it and does an incredible job, and we have a very vocal audience of family and friends making comments from the sidelines. (Laughs)

Q: Any big surprises?

SA: There are moments. But it's a really fun episode; we're really proud of it.

That scene was in season 3 I think now in season 10 there is a different writeing staff who don't seem to know what has happened in the previous seasons I think that's the problem too

I would love to have some bedroom scenes, they have been few and far between lately. Post coitus would be awesome.

He certainly got one . Just look how he raises his chin upwards before he says "That's right". It is cute indeed.

I think I may have said this last week, but.....They aired The Convergence Convergence (episode 9.24) the Thursday before last on CBS and it is really striking the love that comes off the screen in this episode.  Penny says that she wants Beverly and Leonard to have a better relationship and perhaps a re-do of their wedding could help.  When they are both in the car with Beverly, they are sort of privatley responding to her insults and laughing with each other.  They are really, really in a great place....
