'The Recollection Dissipation' - Season 10, Episode 20 
Airs Thursday, April 6 at 8/7c on CBS.

Sheldon pushes himself to the limit when he collaborates on projects with Leonard and Wolowitz as well as Amy on the same day. Also, Bernadette is nearing the end of her maternity leave and must return to work.

This episode reminded me of bad version of Pants alternative. Instead of alcohol it was cold medicine. I like to say I laughed. I didn't. Leonard line and Penny's response to Penny going to the doughnut shop was the only funny bit. The other storyline was equally bad. Have we seen enough of Creepy Stuart? I get the idea of Bernadette being torn going back to work though I just didn't buy how it was presented. The tag at the end.  it was the best version of Soft Kitty. Amy did a much better job than Penny or anyone else. Still I could of done without it. why? jMO it just seemed too impersonal

This is way better than the ridiculous version in the german dubbed version of the show.

I did laugh on some parts of Amy ( now I need no butter anymore), Penny and Leonard, and the Aunt story of Howard. The rest it was meh. The Sheldon story was forced to be funny, but I didn´t like it. I really don´t know why they didn´t show (except for the small flash backs) the scene at the bar. That could have been fun to see him there.

Meh their were some funny moments. I enjoyed the S/P Laundry Scene, Nostalgia. The Lenny line was funny. I Thought Howard was good. Overall felt forced and repeated cannon to me. Felt like a rehash of The Pants Alternative. But it seems to be an recurring theme this season, recton and repeated cannon. Their are alot of episodes TPTB seem to be going back to, and rehashing. I mean they worked in the past. So on the surface, you know technically they well deliver. I just think it loses impact. When your not at least trying to be original. I did feel the Amy Soft Kitty Scene, was too impersonal. But that is just me. Better then last week's, but not by much. At least Lenny weren't fighting .

I didn't love it but I didn't hate it either.  It was an average drama free episode.

I am not sure I'll watch this episode again, but I will give this episode some points for the old callbacks - Soft Kitty,  laundry room scene and sick Sheldon- with some group interactions in 4A. I'm also glad they reminded us that they are continuing with the Shamy science project plot.

I liked the Sheldon/Penny scene, Penny knows Sheldon better now.  My favorite part was the TAG scene. I loved Amy singing Soft Kitty to Sheldon. But I didn't enjoy Stuart in this episode.

I really loved it! Bernie-Stuart-Howard plot was less fun than I expected (no fun at all tbh), but I really liked the Sheldon plot! Sheldon & Penny laundry room scene was so hilarious & classic, I loved it.

And Amy was so cute in this episode, I really liked their dynamic, like she was kinda definitely the wiser one among the 2 of them, but it wasn't right in your face and overdone like in some other  eps...

and Soft Kitty, aww  < 3 I never even knew about law suits or whatever it was, but I'm happy it's back!

I thought it was a good (not "wow" but good) episode, funny and light. I had various nice laughs. Of course there were much better episodes but it was absolutely fine to me.

I did laugh at some of Sheldon's parts, especially the bar and trying to reduce words and ending up adding words - classic Sheldon. I felt like the part when he wakes up in 4A had more potential. 

Hardly any Lenny scenes but they were fine and the doughnut exchange was funny. 

I liked Penny in the laundry scene. I like her "I have learned" lines that we get here and there. Funny thing, going into details about the "God bless you" felt to me like she is portraying her "couldn't care less" attitude while simultaneuosly behaving more like her friends. It was kind of a Leonard monologue. If you change "I" and "you" by "you" (Penny) and "he" (Sheldon) it could have been Leonard telling Penny of a few years ago not to say "God bless you" to Sheldon. Penny has changed, not dramatically but still I think it is a change (and I like it).

I felt Raj was kind of unnecessary. Poor thing. If he wasn't in 4A there wouldn't be any reason to show him. It felt like they just gave him the mandatory minimum time screen.

I really liked Bernie's dilemma. Her thoughts and feelings felt very real. I felt it was a missed opportunity, I think they could have developed it more. Howard's line about not knowing a lot about women but knowing that he upsets them was one of my biggest laughs. The Aunt thing was cruel but this is a sitcom and we know both Howard and Bernadette have somewhat questionable morality (it does not justify it! But I'll let it slide). He was cute when they had their serious talk.

"Soft Kitty" was funny

Agree especially with bold part. And imo Stuart was not nice at all in Howardette plot. But the problem is writers giving to Stuart some quotes that should be said by Howard, as Stuart lives with them but he is too noosy about some stuff related with the couple. However everything was made up imo with the nice talk between husband and wife in end though.

Bernie dilema was well spot as it shows the reality for many women who gave birth and have to get used to share  their time with their children between home and work when they got back to work.

Sheldon 's plot turned to be better than I thought it would. It was a pity the country bar scene lasted for a eyes blink time, it had comedy potencial that was wasted imo. Tag scene was great, as it was so quirky and sweet from Amy to Sheldon. I dont speak german neither mandarin for judge if Mayim done it right but the "purr purr" part in both languages cracked me up!

Fun episode, pretty light and entertaining!

Enjoyed all the dialogue and the interactions between the characters.

It was comedy and it made me laugh, but it was another of those episodes that felt like it was too short and everything was rushed, which sort of ruined it in a way.

Overall I thought this was a very good episode. I actually laughed at several parts. Sheldon and Penny in the laundry room was very old school. I loved the soft kitty part.

I for one am so glad they are keeping up both collaborations in the science area. It is so good to actually see them working. Now if they could get Raj to actually worry about his work and not about his love life it would be great.

Bernadette was very real to me. It made me think back to the episode where she was adamant about not having children and Howard saying "Don't you think you will feel different when it is your own child?" She didn't think that it would but yet here she is.....it is so much different when they are your own.

I really enjoyed this episode.

Howardette have been the surprise highlight of the season for me. Always liked them but they have rocketed up in my estimation this season. They seem to be able to pull off any type of story from real life more serious challenges or subjects to more light-hearted funny comedy ones. Howard has always loved Bernie to bits but this season but I feel like he really does adore her.

Bill Murray's brother Joel was the bartender. He went from a regular on Dharma and Greg to this. You would think Prady's repayment to him for helping to get the rights to use Ghostbuster's video would be a bigger role than that.

Howardette relationship is getting even better as much their plotline as parents develop, one of best things imo from season 10. It is really nice how their marriage has been writen. We can see their diferences but also what bonds them as they love each other uncondionatelly. And Howard 's adoration for Bernie is really heartfelt. Remembering how that guy was in past about women and how he is now as a guy in love with his wife it is really nice. Really love it!

Disliked this episode immensely. 

The Aunt Trixie dialogue thread was the only thing I found original and wonderfully comedic. Loved Howard's confession about the cards and the $5 gift and his spin on the bad news he's been holding in for six years -- 'I've got some bad news about Aunt Trixie …'. Other than that, I found the entire episode was just a rehash of prior episodes that were far superior. If you're going to copy something, then by all means do it but make it better, not worse. 

In a party of one here, but I think I'm the only person in the entire TBBT universe that HATES 'Soft Kitty'. Its use makes Sheldon even more of a petulant child and gives us multiple episodes of 'Sick Sheldon' so its use can be applied. <gagging>. So glad it's back! Bazinga! Now we just have to wait for 'Bazinga' to make it's return too and I'll have the pleasure of hearing that again. Bazinga! 

And how about Sheldon giving classified military information to a room full of strangers?  Just mention inserting electric can opener sounds inserted into collected data despite all the original work being kept and some people run to gather the wooden planks to crucify Leonard even though it was done to stop a murder plot and keep the research on track. But it's impaired Sheldon after all! No problems here! And, he did think ahead to get the protections of a pinky pledge. So that's good.

I thought that Bri Cuoco choreographed a cowboy dance for this episode? Beyond thrilled that we were spared that.

I forgot about that, but you are right, Sheldon is now winning, when it comes to violating federal laws that would lead to jail time.  His passing classified information to total strangers, is a felony, but if even one of them is a foreign national (like an illegal alien) it could also be prosecuted as treason.  However it is all make believe and I seriously doubt that a navigation system would be Top Secret, but he would be in serious trouble if it was real and he could forget ever getting a Nobel Prize if he got caught.  Also, if Howard and/or Leonard knew he did it and didnt report it, they could end up sharing a cell with Sheldon.

Howard could have been arrested countless times during the creepy years or for crashing the Mars Rover, Raj could have been deported or jailed for things as well.

It's not real life, it's escapism.

Penny had a lot of terrific lines in this episode.   My favorites were the one about Thor, Sheldon being an alien and disabling the GPS tracker in her phone.

Amy's comment about organ donation was also terrific.

But that wasn't the point.  We know all of them have done not so nice things.  The problem is if someone complains about Leonard doing something(as in the can opener thing) but gives Sheldon a pass( as in talking about the guidance system in the bar) or if someone complains about Sheldon doing it,(screwing Howard over)  but gives Leonard a pass( Leonard leaving Sheldon to live in the lab, after his experiment was done).  

BTW, Leonard didn't give any info to a spy.
