Well, when I first saw the show, I had no idea who anyone was (lol) until a few days later when I realized that Johnny was the guy who played David on Roseanne. I honestly haven't seen any of the other guys' work, though I have seen some still shots of Kunal's plays and have read some reviews, and they sound really good. Unfortunately, I doubt any of those will be coming my way anytime soon.

Jim Parsons has got to be the one with the best Character --> I mean, like, ok, Kaley is hot, but her actual on-air footage is pretty minimal. The rest of the cast are also pretty darn good, but Sheldon's attitude is superbo!

wow, looks like guys tend to prefer Kaley and girls swoon for Jim (and to a smaller extent for Johnny and Nula). Is this a rule? Guys prefer actresses (especially with cleavages) and girls prefer dark soul boys? Because as far as I'm concerned, I think Parson is the best actor in this show, if you pay attention enough to all his gestures and facial expressions, his skills while playing such an arrogant yet envious character, he's the best... and I'm not gay (not that there's anything wrong with that :) ) Compared to him, the dumb blonde part held by Cuoco is a piece of cake.

I agree shellorz--I saw the show being taped last week ( Yay! New Episodes!) Jim/Sheldon had a HUGE amount of dialogue to memorize in comparison to the others, plus the vocabulary is rather challenging. He had these long strings of verbage, AND could make us all break up laughing just by his facial expressions/body language. His character is the funniest I have seen in a long time... On the flip side, Kaley IS absolutely adorable so I can understand why the guys are so taken by her---she was just as pretty in person too.

Thinking about the characters I think Leonard/Johnny is the sweetest. He would be the one that would be a great friend. (God only knows how he puts up with Sheldon! LOL) I can't help but cheer him on hoping he and Penny eventually get together. Howard/Simon is probably the second best comedic actor ( Behind Jim/Sheldon) He has some hysterical lines and is so deluded about how "smooth" he is.( He also dresses like one of the Monkees TV band from the 60's) Kunal/Koothroppali is very handsome and I loved him in "The Grasshopper Effect" I hope they will feature him more in some future episodes.

A piece of cheesecake ? who didn't see that coming ?!

Anyways , Sheldon is my fave because he produces all the laughs for me and when he was out of work and had a new obsession everyday i was reminded of a time when i was the exact same so something to relate to there lol.

i know no one's posted on this thread for a while but i thought i would add my opnion :) it was a really hard decision to make. i went for johnny galecki in the end as i've loved him pretty much since roseanne but i love all the guys and think they are all preety awesome. jim parsons has to be every close second, followed, equally by the toher guys. kaley cuoco is very good but there's just something about her that puts me off slightly. dunno what it is. i think it's the weird thing she does with her mouth sometimes. picky, i know, but once you noticce something, it just sticks in the mind.
