I can understand feeling chilly for a while after being in a cold lab, but dressing all day every day for a winter in the north of England even in a California apartment heated to 72F is a bit over the top. Even when they're going to bed they wear T-shirts under their pyjama jackets.

I'd like them to answer this at SDCC.

Agreed!

So, speaking of SDCC, what are the (Shamy) questions you would like to make is you were at the panel? I have so many...

Specifically about S. 10, I would like to know who came up with the idea of Shamy living in 4B and Lenny in 4A and how the cast took the news. I would say none of them expected that outcome.

I would also know if during the season there was a conscious attempt to make Sheldon more "flirty" with Amy and sexy and, again, if the actors noticed that and found it funny to play those scenes. Since we are at that, I would also ask if it's a done deal that we'll never hear again of the once a year thing.

I guess the writers won't say much about the cliffhanger, it's not like they are going to spoil Amy's answer, but I would try to know something more, like for example if Ramona will be in the premiere, that would help us to understand the degree of drama which we have to expect...

Obviously I would ask also about Amy's family and why they have never mentioned her father (I don't take that Freudian comment she made as an acknowledgement he is in her life).

Then, a little curiosity...If the joke about Sheldon and plain oatmeal came from the fact that Jim himself likes oatmeal, don't judge me for knowing that, LOL!

You summed up well  everything I would like to ask them! I still believe we could have a nice surprise through skype though! ;)

I think you covered with your post pretty much all the questions I would ask @mirs1. Maybe ask a bit more about their science project together, who came up with the idea, why after all these years did you decide now to do it and will we see more of it in Season 11.

And those long, flannel granny nightgowns! The one with the cap sleeves she wore for her special birthday gift at least was cute.

Do people still wear those things?  By morning, they're up around your neck strangling you.

Or....by morning you end up not wearing it at all, but it is folded neatly.  (wink...wink)

For most of couples a frenzied lovemaking night  would mean all clothes and shoes spread all over the place. Shamy is passion folded in a neatly way and we love that!!

That scenario you poited out would be perfect: everything neat and folded in shamy bedroom as they were spooning on bed. Please writers , you must write it for a cold opening of an episode from s11. *happy sigh*

OMG yes, it would be hilarious if they indeed give us that classic pan over the clothes to the bed with the couple cuddling in post-coital bliss - but instead of everything being a mess and clothes lying around it's all tidy and neatly folded. LMAO

And if she says "What the hell?"

That's a given, IMO! Whoever sees their SO coming from the other side of the Country just to propose would say that, LOL!

I wonder, anyway, how the logistic of this cliffhanger will be handled. Most likely, the episode will start with Amy's reaction to the proposal. Then what? Oddly, if she says "YES" (or, for the sake of argument "NO"), I guess the episode could pick up again with the next scene set the day after, and the other characters might be involved. If Amy and Sheldon need to talk things out before she answers, instead, (which is BTW my favourite outcome, I love the idea of an Amy's panic attack followed by and heart-by-heart talk between them), I wonder how the other characters might occupy their time meanwhile. It's evening in Pasadena (even considering the different time zones), so for sure not at work...

Perhaps something like..."I was ready to get married four years ago!!!!"

Or..."Finally, we are already one year late in my four years plan!"

Assuming that nobody noticed Sheldon was gone after lunch I would think they'd notice in the evening at the end of the work day cause Leonard would still usually take him home. Taking Sheldon's travel time into account (generously rounded up) it would be round about 7PM in Pasadena and 10PM in NJ - hence why Amy is already in her nightgown cause it's shortly before bed time and she's probably waiting for Sheldon's skype call after work.

Anyway, for the group to notice that Sheldon is missing around that time I think it could be perfect timing for them to either get their own little story with them searching for him or they simply call and interrupt Shamy. Preferably I would like that to happen after Amy said yes so they can spread the good news and I can also see some fun dialogue options here like Leonard immediately talking Sheldon into staying a few weeks in NJ or whatever. lol

Yay to that! It could turn to be a nice première episode as an emseble storyplot (not shamy included at same place but I would love to see everyone's interactions about Sheldon 's absence)  , which  is always nice to watch. Also it would allow a  great shamy alone time as Amy said yes and Sheldon might spend as he missed his fiancée (love the word, can not help it, hehe) a few days at NJ with her.  It could last for two or more episodes, who knows . If it had a nice shamy science time included, then it would be gold!

I'm almost certain that 11.01 will pick up right where 10.24 faded to black, but I think it would be interesting (read totally frustrating for fans and totally in Molaro's wheelhouse!) to have a flash forward to three months later. Most of the episode is focused on the other members of the gang and Sheldon is offscreen preparing for Amy's homecoming. In the final few seconds of the episode, the camera zooms in on Amy's finger as she comes through the door, where we see the ring as we hear Sheldon say, "Welcome home, fiancee."

If that means a drama-free premiere and no mention about Ramona, I'll take it, LOL! More seriously, I have a hard time imagining the writers would loose the opportunity to tease the audience for the premiere, Shamy are their golden goose right now, I think they will make a big deal out of the episode. Anyway, everything is possible...One of the questions at SDCC for me will be about whether the premiere picks up where 10.24 ended, let's see what Molaro answers.

Agree with @mirs1, as I also believe writers might not loose the opportunity of teasing the audience for the premiere . I sense there might be the longest and anxious 18-21 minutes of tbbt history as the resolution of the Amy's answer could be only in tag scene.

Btw, I love the "Welcome home, fiancee " tip. It would be so heartwarming! :)
