Really enjoyed to read Mayim bts from 11.10 and 11.11 as well. Thanks for that @mirs1. Maym's  Shamy fan side  is adorable and I just love how dedicated Maym is as she performs  Amy. My only complain  was how could  Mayim not be aware those were Sheldon's pajamas pants,LOL? That pattern is unforgetable!! :icon_cheesygrin:

For Sheldon's romantic side, it was really a force that only Amy could put awake: love that so much! LHOP was just perfect. You rock, Sheldon! :wub:

Okay, I have watched the episode again and again...

I know I have posted my opinion about the episode earlier but when the Shamy goodness is big like happened in 11.11, I have to share a few more thoughts ( with the risk of repeating some) with you all. I  hope be able to read your thoughts for chat  with you all , dear  Shamies fellows :)

* S10 Sheldon is back strongly, thank goodness!The way so detailed he prepared LHOP dinner , being so attentive to all details that he knew his fianceé would love it to pieces was really spot on.

AndI  just  love Sheldon lovey dovey side! I have always known he would eventually to reveal to the world he is a romantic guy! <3

* Hands down, Shamy bed scenes are always in any circunstances so great, even when they were sick, hehe!I just loved how Sheldon was worried over Amy, it was sweet. The intimacy between them is really solid and so natural: they are really two persons connected intimately strongly now. Thinking back then when they did not have any intimacy , then when getting intimacy started to be important to Amy butit was a lost batle with Sheldon  and watching them now, as Sheldon even shares apparently pieces of clothes with Amy... Shipping this couple has been really a great journey for me  as I am an unconditional ( and sometimes too sappy , I know, lol) romantic heart! <3

* The exhausting and short thrown back by Sheldon was priceless, lol! Glad he shows he doesnt like when his and Amy's sexual life ís mocked! 

* Hands down again, could be Amy and Sheldon better than they are if they were performed by another actor and another actress but Jim and Mayim? No, they are Shamy: body, soul and emotion! :wub:

* The make love said by Sheldon made mw melt ...damn poisoned food, lol!!

* Seductive Sheldon and Amy are really a joy: only them could considerate jumping up and down on children party stuff as foreplay, lol!

And now I am ready for Shamy metric in next month! :icon_cheesygrin:

You know what, it might actually be THE compromise that could work for both of them! Amy for sure will love a pink dress and Sheldon will be forever in heaven  for his dream becoming true.

Besides, wearing a whole Star Trek uniform underneath a tuxedo will have the poor guy die of heat exhaustion...

And now since you suggested elements of the Riker and Troi wedding I want Brent Spiner to sing Irwing Berlin again :icon_cheesygrin:

Me neither :icon_biggrin: But I can’t let go of the feeling that the wedding should be right and perfect and have every little detail the characters care about. Their dream will be our dream. Forever. And that I am sure of :icon_biggrin:

Just managed to watch it my connection held up just long enough lol.

Haven't had time to read through the thread yet and I have no doubt my thoughts will echo the sentiments of many on here :)

I thought it was both a very funny and also cute or sweet episode. Sweet and cute in the sense that Sheldon went to all that effort for his lady and he was genuinely excited about it and especially waiting to see her reaction. Her reaction as she entered the apartment and when Sheldon put on that act was ADORABLE, that was the highlight of the episode for me I laughed out loud and I found her excited expression so cute!

What I found funny was the whole food poisoning thing that was acted so masterfully by Jim and Mayim and the makeup was so spot on. They looked so rough and actually ill in bed (was Amy wearing some of Sheldon's PJ's?, the red plaid bottoms?) it felt so genuine. It was funny but also kind of sweet as they asked each other how they were feeling, did they manage to sleep etc. A small thing but something I just like seeing in that type of situation.

The annual gag has been debated and discussed to death, many already know my thoughts on it so I am not going there lol

Overall a very fun episode and back to back episodes when I have felt the Shamy I witnessed and adored during last season was back. Hopefully that will continue going forward :)

Hi! Glad you are back!! I was really looking forward to reading your thoughts about such cute and sweet Shamy episode! :)

The annual gag, how I understand you!! I just decided to ignore it because as I know Shamy is happy with their own sexual schedule, it is what matters, whatever is once, twice on the year!

Hopefully our Shamy  will keep going on this S10 vibe for next episodes!

I've noted in the promo pics for 11.12 that Amy's blanket is now on the couch in the living room and not on the chair next to Sheldon's side of the bed....Well, whatever can conceal that hideous a bit is welcome! Anyway, I like it better in the living room, it feels more "Amy"-style with that blanket in plain sight. Head canon: They have moved it because it's winter and they need a blanket when they are snuggling and watching TV on the couch!

I don't think the couch is hideous (the chair is another story though) but it bothers me because IMO it doesn't match Shamy so I'm glad it's at least a bit changed.

Yeah...probably that's the main reason the couch is not really "loved" here in the Shamy thread, LOL! TBH, I never gave much of a thought about it when 4B was Penny's, it suited her actually. My  wish is that at some point Shamy get rid of it, I'm I don't think it's going to happen, the intern designers in the show can change some little object here and there in the main sets, but the furniture will stay the same.

Sometimes drastic intervention is needed. Sheldon should make a strong complaint to the health department. :shy:

Or Sheldon could call to furniture shop as it was an iten not suitable to tall people to snuggle with their SO in front of a tv set so it is reason for a written complain, lol!

At least it has a blankett to cover part of it, lol!
