She was well enough for nookie by Halley's birthday on 17th December. What is the recommended time for not preparing food after G.I. attacks  - is it 48 hours ? Assuming she's not too annoyed with Meemaw to use her recipe, Amy should be OK to bake the cookies for Sheldon by Christmas Eve.

Now seriously, I do hope Shamy have their close family on their wedding party. Amy's imo is a must have. As closer we get to the second half of the season, more excited I get about how will be the season finalle for our adorkable couple:

* Will they marry in season finalle?

* Will the wedding just happen in s12?

*Will happen some kind of cliffhanger for we would be on the edge of our seats as we wait for s12?

So many questions, LOL! Hopefully we will still be happy with the answers

Sheldon kissing Amy's nose was the sweetest thing! And his smirk as he was turning away? Priceless!

Btw, have you noticed how far was Sheldon in Amy's side on the bed? And so confortable as that is a routine now? My Shamy!

I’d even go as far as I’d like Stephen Hawking to be best man or one of them if there can be more than one. I know it should be Leonard but his relationship with Sheldon seems to be astray lately. Or is it just me thinking this?

I know what you mean, as relationship between Sheldon and Leonard in past was more bonded even with their big differences of personalities. However their friendship is the base of the show and it would be weird if a not regular or a not main character had such highlight role as Sheldon's bestman.

I believe SH won't miss Shamy wedding. After all he gave his permission to this wedding like Amy's father, lol!  Surely a good and funny scene between SH and Sheldon  might be coming up to our delight in such memorable milestone for our Shamy

Do we all have a feeling that The Big Bang Theory will end with season 12? I surely would not want it but we probably should all prepare ourselves for it ! If that may be the case there is one other story I would like them to tell us and that is Sheldon’s Nobel Prize or Shedlon and Amy’s Nobel Prize. That could interfere with the wedding plans so that it gets postponed until the great finale at the end of season 12. Would that be enough drama for a cliffhanger?

I agree with @spidergirl, every other person but Leonard being Sheldon's best man would sound contrived to me.

The Nobel prize is usually a lifetime achievement, so I think it would be weird for Shamy to win it at this point of their careers. I would love, as a possible end of the series, a sort of flash forward where we see where the character are at in 10-20 years. Probably a Nobel Prize would fit better in that time frame.

Anyway, here's my Shamy wish list for 2018:

- I hope the wedding happens in S. 11 and we don't have any "cliffhanger" about it, not even a happy one. It would be frustrating for me to wait a whole summer after all the anticipation that those plots about preparation have created in me.

- I want some plots about Shamy joint project. It was so funny last season to see them working together and it is a pity it hasn't come up yet. Sheldon and Amy have been working basically with anyone else but them this season. I like unusual pairings and especially Amy interacting with the gang (because she has mostly plots about being Sheldon's girlfriend and being with others helps building her character better) but it's time for Shamy "dropping science"!

- I've been saying that since I joined the forum, with no luck so far, LOL! I want to see Amy's family and a meeting between them and Sheldon. At least this year we have learnt Amy has a father in her life and he and Sheldon have met, for a long time there were doubts even about that. It's time to see all of that on screen, though! I hope in a good casting for Amy's father and that they don't re-cast the actress who played Amy's mother in S. 4 (because this kind of continuity breaks irks me a lot). I also hope this meeting does't happen at the wedding (see next wish...)

- I want Shamy wedding to be about them, more than about things around them. For this reason, I hope the writers don't take this opportunity to introduce new characters, like Amy's father or Sheldon's brother (the fact they mentioned him in the board about the best man makes me wonder if they are planning to have Georgie in the show pretty soon). The City-hall wedding was not very popular in the fandom, but on that respect it was perfect. I want that kind of intimacy (in spirit, at least, we already know there will be guests at the ceremony) for the real wedding...

So important, yes. The wedding should be about them and what they both value and even if it is Star Trek or knitting 

I somehow can’t shake the feeling that the relationship needs some more drama. Jim and Mayim played the breakup so dam well, even although it was difficult for them.

Some kind of drama that will make Shamy come out of it even stronger and more in love...

How could you read my thoughts? This post holds everything I wish for Shamy in 2018 so I won't be repetitive and just second every wish

As far it is Nobel Prize concerned, I also agree, it is too soon for them at the present timeline. I do hope we get a flashback at end of the show as Shamy or one or both of them individually won the prize. A glimpse of their lives a few years later as we saw the remaining milestones for them would be awesome too. Crossing figers for that!

Answering to your questions about this, I am prepared for anything as long as we see Shamy happy together. Course I will feel a bit of sadness as the day of the end of the show come but as long it ends for good with all characters happy, is my biggest wish
