I'm not saying that isn't still a possibility.  There are some open areas out where some of the other ranches are at.  So, there could be a house on the BB City ranch property.

I mentioned those other areas, simply because in some of the pictures I saw (on the IG stories), there seems to be a few other homes in the area near the house.

I’m surprised, with her father involved in real estate, she is taking such a loss.  Maybe the loss can be worked against her earnings this year, in her taxes, so it is not such a large loss to her net income for the year, by savings in taxes.

Surprised to hear that her new house construction is in Thousand Oaks, Ca.  Guess it is not on the BBC property she is building as well.

Just read an article that reported they will take about a $600,000 loss on her house in Tarzana as they reduced the price to sell. Also, the article stated that they are building their ranch house in Thousand Oaks on about 40 acres

I'm guessing that her present house in Tarzana is pretty difficult to sell. Kaley taste in interior design is  a little bit different.

That very well may be the case, but maybe she's just in a hurry sell it, get rid of the house and move on. They're building their dream house, maybe she just wants to be done with the older house business. I don't know her thinking, so take it for what it is, just an honest opinion.

Believe their house that is being built does not look like it will be finished soon, so the timing has to be good when selling their old house.

I think you're could be totally right here, she wants to move on with her life on this ranch and not think about her previous house.
