There have been instances where stars pull out of projects, in cases where delays would have pushed the stars into their next project, so they drop out. However, I believe this was announced last July or so, before the Doris Day project. Yes, Norman is not the lead production company on this one, and it was scheduled for after TFA 2 was finished shooting. But, I would think Doris Day would be the next project for her. Well based on what we’ve seen of her training for this part her secret, in the role she is playing, appears to be that of a bad-ass, who can fight and shoot. There hasn’t really been anything since last year when they announced the director and that they would start filming after TFA2 was finished. She showed various things she was packing, mentioning this will be her third flight in five weeks with the note “I’m coming for you @kaleycuoco. However, since she finished TFA2, she seems to be mopey, she still does her scheduled workout training and the additional training for her next part, but when it comes to her personal life she seems to have lost a lot of energy. Yes she certainly is trying to keep her friends close and they seem to feel that she needs them. Almost every day one of her friends is with her. Wonder how she will react when the divorce is finalized. Also, if she goes on this press tour to promote TFA 2 hope there are not too many questions that come up about her divorce. Posted April 10, 2022 Share Posted April 10, 2022 I happen to watch Entertainment Tonight last night and they had a segment on Kaley and her struggles in filming TFA 2 and also her struggles in her private life getting through her divorce. I have to say that I admire Kaley even more now than when she divorced Ryan Sweeting. Then in the midst of her divorce she had to film the first two episodes of season 9 of TBBT. These were the episodes where Penny and Leonard get married and then reconcile after their spat on their wedding night. Her performance was extremely good despite her emotional burden of going through a divorce. But it seems this divorce is taking more of a toll on her as she had to start filming TFA 2 only four days after her divorce announcement. And not only was she the star but also the producer boss. She admitted there were long days in filming as she had to play multiple versions of Cassie Bowden and then go home at night and struggle through her privacy without Karl. She said she had no escape to relax and ease down and hinted at seeing a therapist. So I admire her for her inner strength of character to meet each day and admit she needed help. She said she would not have made it if it was not for her friends and filming crew and that is why she had a meltdown after the last scene was shot. At one point Kaley zigged when she should have zagged and got a light punch to the face. During a sword choreography rehearsal before a Shakespeare show, one guy moved wrong and got stabbed, in the arm, by a sword. Had to take him to the hospital where everyone gathered around, never having seen a sword wound before. He was fine after some stitches. I saw that piece and, like you, my admiration for increased.
