There is an unconfirmed rumor that Kaley has sold her currently house, the one her and Karl bought for $12 million in Hidden Hills CA.  I say unconfirmed as there is only one outlet reporting it.  There is another report,  but it is simply a copy and paste of the first one.  So, until we verify and approve the discussion, please do not post any discussion or speculation.  Any such posts will be hidden. She looks stunning in almost every picture. Although the ones after her surgeries were interesting. She still looked good.

She does look stunning when made up, though I still think she looks younger when she doesn’t wear any makeup, or a minimum amount, sort of like the girl next door look.

Ok, the sale has been confirmed, as of 31 March, so there must be some delay built in for her to move out.

Oh, I`m curious. Kaley and Karl bought this house in early 2020? I thought they were building it, or is it some other house? Kaley has any other place to live? I`m confused 🤔

That just seems sad to me because while she was building it she was so happy because it was supposed to be her dream home.  I can imagine that now it is just big and empty when she is by herself.

I agree. It's big and lonely without Karl. Probably a lot of memories that she wants to get over. Probably ready to  move on with her life. Maybe she'll move to Tennessee 😉. Thanks so much for sharing.

I wonder what she is doing with all her animals, at a minimum I think the dogs and rabbits live there with her.  Does Big Bay have a place where she can live and be with her animals?

I think they bought the basic house but had renovations made to tailor their tastes

She previously mentioned that she would love to have her own ranch but in Kentucky not Tennessee. However that is a little premature right now unless Johnny invites her to his ranch?

Think she has enough room for her animals there, she has about 40 acres. Her garage not only held her rabbits but also was her home gym. My question is what ever happened to Larry the large dog they rescued just before they split. Also Karl was rehabilitating a couple of her horses. But true this is very sad and it might hit her all at once when the divorce is finalized which should be soon.

When the divorce is finalized,  she will definitely need her friends,  animals and her family.

You´re totally right, and it must be hard living in this big house with all the memories from Karl.

She might be living on her ranch for awhile.Her last two homes were with her ex-husbands and now that she is single she may not want a big house. But whatever will be.....will be

They had it built, then bought it.  The property had a house on the site and the property was bought by a developer in a private sale, who then demolished the house on the property.  He then  worked with Kaley and Karl in building the house and other buildings on the property,  to their specifications.  After it was completed, two trusts (you get one guess on who controlled those two trusts) bought the house, again in a private sale.   

There are several reasons for doing a private sales; anonymity, taxes, cost, among others.  And, people with Kaley and Karl's wealth use trusts, LLCs, and corporations for all kinds of things.  The house was sold in a private sale.

I have an idea that the sale of the house may be part of the divorce proceedings.  Their divorce could have been final last month (six months from the initial filing).    The fact that it has not yet gone final is an indication, at least to me, that this may be the final piece in what is hold up the final decree.  Almost all of their income would be part of their prenup (based on their filings asking the judge not to include their income in community property).  This is something they bought together and it would have to be disposed of, either through a sale or one or the other buying out the others half, before the final decree issued.

My thoughts as well Kaley either had to buy Karl out or they had to sell it. Either way a very sad situation and it possibly was why Kaley was in an emotional turmoil the last week or so. Her sister had to bring her flowers and then Zosia showed up for support. But she looked positively radiant yesterday at the TFA 2 premiere. So maybe things are starting to turn around for her.
