Though it would be cool if there was something going on, I think they are extremely good friends only. I think their friendship is a lot like Leonard and Penny after they broke up and adjusted to being friends again.

You really bring up a good point, Kelli's situation is worse than Priya's, Kelli's boyfriend works with his girlfriend and has to kiss her as part of his job. Johnny, while working, probably spends as much time with Kaley as he does with Kelli.

If Kelli and Johnny have a good relationship, I'm sure they've talked about it.  After all, Kelli is also an actor,  and has to be aware of and understand a situation that can be very common in the industry.  Also, assuming 

Johnny and Kaley relationship  is  as close as reported, its part of who he is and I don't see him giving up that friendship and anyone who wants to be his partner has to understand that.

I have noticed that Penny and Leonard have had few bedroom scenes this season (I remember 6.06, "The Extract Obliteration") unlike the weekly romps of season 3 where Johnny and Kaley seemed to play most episodes in their underwear.

Heheheheheh, there's a name for those hookups, a "Showmance". My daughter met her husband while they were doing "Oklahoma". The ended up being friends (as he had a girlfriend) but a year later they had broken up and they met on another show, started dating, (He proposed after bows, onstage, after a show they were in together. A month before they were married, they did a two person show called "I Do, I Do". A musical about a couple from their wedding day to them moving out of their house fifty years latter.

Seems that it must be difficult for couples who have to play intimate to keep their professional lives straight, unless they hate each other, which also happens.

It can be very difficult and it's not just sex. To be convincing, there has to be some sort of connection between the actors (interestingly, it can be easier to play an intimate scene with someone you don't like rather than with someone you simply don't care about one way or another, as you can channel that dislike emotion). A few years ago, I was in a show where my character was leaving his wife for another woman and the woman was leaving her husband. Our characters had dated seriously about 15 years previously and never quite got over each other. The woman playing opposite me had been in other shows with me, we had talked as part of those casts and talked at auditions, but there was nothing close. Then, in this show, we had intimate. emotional and several kissing scenes (one with her in a sheet and me in boxers (we did have other cloths on)).

As rehearsal went on and then the show, we realized that we were doing little things that we probably wouldn't do, unless it was with our significant others. Nothing that could be considered disreputable, just a lot of emotional connection. It was things like reaching out and touching each other on the arms and shoulders while we were talking. We could sit together always in between scenes, giggling and whispering to each other and we find ourselves hugging and holding onto each others arms after breaking the hug. Walking up behind each other and giving the other a neck message. Remember, these were not planned or designed things. They simply manifested themselves over the course of two month of rehearsal and run and we didn't even know we were doing it, until other cast memebers mentioned it. After that, we made sure we were aware of what we were doing and started limiting our touching and hugging.

This doesn't mean you can't keep your stage and personal life separate. It just mean you have to be aware of it and have understanding SO who realize that there will be a connection with someone you're playing opposite from. Rachel Ray asked Kaley if her current boyfriend (I think it was Josh Resnik at the time) was bothered by her kissing her former boyfriend (this, just after Kaley went on and on about how good of a kisser Johnny was and how much fun it was kissing him). She simply stated that anyone who goes out with her has to just realize what her job is. If they can't handle it, they probably aren't right for her. (the previous comment on Kaley was paraphrased as I don't remember the exact quote).

They may. I think though, it fits with the idea that their current relationship is based on much more than just the sex it seemed to be based on in season three.

Nothing happened at Paleyfest...they were their usual friendly selves. BTS means 'behind the scenes'.

Along the same lines as Make up is Wardrobe. In both the Price Line and Toyota advertisements Kaley is dressed more like Amy than Penny/Kaley. Point being she looks FAT. Oh No did I say that? I am wondering if/why the advertisers are trying to down play her sexuality.  

 

 

I have post this before, I love Penny. But I am not sure if I would like Kaley. She is a child star who has had everything handed to her. Now, she is top of the A list and everyone bows to her every desire. Of course she is a great actress or she wouldn't be top of the A list. Her Press is great with nothing Negative so I may be off base. Of course she wouldn't like me either.

I wouldn't say Kaley was a child star so much as a working actor.  She's worked to get where she is - where do you get the idea that everything has been handed to her?   One thing that I like about her is that she doesn't take this "TV Star" thing too seriously.  It's a job she does, not who she is.  She's smart to take advantage of riding the current wave she's on, because they rarely last.  She's young and enjoying life - why not?

I remember kaley from day 1. She was very likeable as a character and as an actor. I bet many girls would have killed to be in her place, she is beautiful, sexy and a good actress. I think she looked the best in season 1 and the following season 2. I think she really deserves what she got cause she delivers her performance. I remember the scene from season 6 where penny asks sheldon whether he would sleep with amy, and her "omg" expression was the best one ever. She has very expressive eyes and a beautiful face.

Fat?  I would never think that Kaley would look fat, but I do agree that she has lived a charmed (pardon the pun) life, but lucky her.

I was disappointed with her choice of makeup I thought as an animal advocate that she would ONLY use cruelty free products.

I am guessing it is the same project that was supposed to be titled "Scribble", right ? That could be a good one. The pitch sounded like it had potential.

Kaley in a new movie...I'm in!  I thought she did a good job in the Drew Peterson movie.

Kaley was on Kimmel tonight and explained the bangs she wore at the SAG awards. The bangs that she got all the negative comments for from the press (Kaley, only half jokingly said it almost destroyed her career). Turns out, the restaurant scene on the Valentine's Day episode was pre-shot. Her and Johnny wanted to pull a stunt for the gag reel so both of them requested a reshoot so they could change something. No one except for Johnny and Kaley knew what was coming. At the point where they start the argument, Johnny took a stage swing at Kaley. She threw herself back off the chair and Johnny jumped onto the floor making it look like Leonard was pounding on Penny.

Everyone was laughing and thought it was hilarious, until Kaley got up. The chair or the bottom of the table hit her in the head, cut it, and she had lots of blood running down her face. She said everyone just stopped. Simon told her it was funny, but she should stop it now. He thought she had sprayed or squirted fake blood on her face. She had no idea that her head was cut. She said there was a lot of blood (head cuts bleed a lot) and she was describing how some of the crew was vomiting, and Johnny was in tears because he thought he hurt her. She said she was calm, telling everyone she was fine. She needed six stitches to close the cut.

This left her with a black eye and so the bangs were to help cover the black eye. Her consultants kept telling her not to wear the bangs, but she wanted something that would help cover it up, so she wore them. Kimmel took them and attached them to helium balloons and it was launched off the roof of the theatre where Kimmel was taped.

She was funny on Kimmel. I would have destroyed those bangs before yesterday.
