So Rucci is coming back! Hmm.. interesting. And their solution for Melissa's future absence is indeed bed rest.

Not clear on where Leonard is in all of this...Maybe in the scene where they talk about Raj.

The show just reaches an all time low IMO if this is interesting. A Raj storyline and Bert and Stuart in the same episode. I rather watch Bernadette laying in bed.

Leonard is out making a Roseanne reunion episode.  Seriously it is really easy to understand why Johnny had trouble signing another contract with this show.

Has it been confirmed he has signed on to that project?

Just now, Stephen Hawking said:

Who is Rucci?

Bernadette's new co-worker that appeared on this week's episode.

I suspect that if it goes well with Raj most of Bernadette's screen time at Melissa's absence will be given to Raj and Rucci.

Yeah, it's hard to see why JG signed on to do two more seasons of TBBT. He has so many other options. Oh, wait!

Seriously: I can understand JG and KC being less than thrilled with the Leonard, Penny, and Lenny scripts, but let's not pretend these are actors that are going to automatically fall into another well paying, starring role. In the Hollywood universe they have both been phenomenally fortunate to have landed roles on such successful shows.

Roseanne is a ship that has sailed. It will start off with good 'nostalgia' ratings and then it will likely fizzle out fairly quickly.

48 million base salary reasons why my concerns are pretty low for Johnny or any of the actors. He knew what he signed on for and was happy enough to commit (none of us know if he wasn't happy or voiced any concerns to the powers that be - be has committed).

There have been 3 episodes aired right? Episode 1 had a Shamy/Howardette balance, Episode 2 was a heavy Leonard episode with his actions dictating the story and him coming to terms with it. Episode 3 was a Shamy/Raj/Stuart/Bernie epiosde. Episode 4 looking at the sneak peaks is a heavy Penny/Lenny episode dealing with Penny's relationship with his mother and his jealousy and a Howard/Sheldon storyline.

4 episodes will have been shown by next week with 2 of them focusing on Leonard/Penny/Lenny. I think that's not bad, in fact it shows a diverse set of storylines and focus by Holland so far.

I think your assuming a lot in an unseen episode 4.

Out of these 4 Sheldon had a plot in 3 and participated in most of the story in the other one ("The Retraction Reaction") although less prominent than he usually is. Leonard (and Penny) has been a side actor in 2 of these episodes and it appears to be the same in 11X07.

I can agree on that there has been some focus on the Leonard and Penny as individuals but there has been very little focus on them as a couple.
