The good thing is the wedding crap will be all over prior to Season 12.

If they did the shamy wedding just like the lenny wedding quick just to get it over I'd be happy

But, we all know that Shamy is the golden couple that can do no wrong and they need to have their wedding to be perfect. God knows Lenny didn't get the same consideration at either wedding. I'm betting Penny's wedding to Zack was more perfect than her weddings to Leonard. IMHO it will not be quick but perfect. I'm wondering if Memaw will be there. I really enjoyed her testiness with Amy.

I haven't watched any season 11 episodes live. They've been recorded so I can fast forward over those parts! Those wedding planning scenes have been ridiculous.

 I think the wedding at the finale was very predictable. Yes they would probaby get a big wedding, that won't change the messed up weddings they had for Lenny, so I really don't mind. It is Sheldon Cooper getting married, TPTB of the production and network will promote it like crazy. I care for it to be funny and maybe touching but not too corney.

I am sorry but Leonard and Penny are the main characters too. I am still not over how they treated it as some afterthought. Heck Howardette was seen more important. But Like you say it is Sheldon. So I am sure they well promote the heck out of it. Well see if the B Plot is a Penny pregnancy scare. Be funny if during the wedding. Penny throws up or something when Sheldon is about to say I... Vomittttt .

I loved Two and a Half Men when Charlie Sheen was on it and Angus T. Jones was little. I never could watch a whole episode of Friends. I just never have. I didn't like any of the cast or the characters one bit. I love almost all of the cast of TBBT though.

I loved Two and a Half Men when Charlie Sheen was on it and Angus T. Jones was little. I never could watch a whole episode of Friends. I just never have. I didn't like any of the cast or the characters one bit. I love almost all of the cast of TBBT though.

Two and a half men was my show before TBBT. Really diddn't like any of the cast of Friends? Not even Matthew Perry? Chandler is still one of the all time iconic tv characters. But of course different stroaks and all.

This is so interesting becue on both accounts of your posts  You and my Grandmother (who a decade older than you) are both same way in that tohught. She not a 'fan' of either show but she did not like TBBT early on but has enjoyed it more as the show progressed int it later seasons.   She did like watching TAAHM in its early season when Charlie Sheen was still stable and jake was little. 

I think like TaahM early on becue jake 9as a child) was a lot like my cousin who was born 6 months after me. My Cousin personality, while we were growing up, was a lot like Young jake!

I liked Two and a half men when Charlie Sheen was in the show. It just wasn't the same without him. I chuckled a lot in the show. I think I watched Friends because of Jennifer Aniston. Not because she's a beautiful woman, but she reminds me of how Kaley acts. The funny facial expressions and her mannerisms. Both are wonderful, funny actresses that are not truly appreciated for their talents.

I didn't like TBBT at first because I wasn't interested in another version of a nerdy guy salivating after a big busted bleached blond. I'd seen that too many times. I watched for Sheldon because I thought what Jim was doing was unique and my Asperger's son was mesmerized by him. He insisted Sheldon was the only person on TV like him.  The rest of the characters had to develop a bit before I was a full fledged fan.

They could have salvaged Jake getting older, I think,  if they had played more on his friendship with Eldridge. Instead of having Charlie dead I always thought he should have been in Europe with Rose, and Jake and Eldridge would be sneaking out in his car, drinking his liquor, looking at his porno movies and magazines, and trying to contact call girls from his little black book. They could also have tried house sitting Rose's place and having all sorts of comic things happen there. With Eldridge, Jake was still funny. With TBBT I like the unusual pairings and that might be something along the same lines. My favorite season of TBBT is still six.

Most woman hair was like that in the 90s. She was named sexiest woman of all time. I remember Fran from the Nanny used to have that bushy hair. Then Jennifer came along and revolutinized the way woman styled their hair.

I did not say I liked the way Lenny were treated, I said Shamy having a smaller wedding won't change the way they are treated, IMO.

Now that would be funny!  My wife had the same thought. She opined that when the officiant would say is there anyone here who feels this couple should not be banned in marriage, Penny would give  a RALPHHHHHHHH.  Would serve Sheldon good for messing up both their ceremonies.  But I think this could be a workable plot and a cliffhanger for season 12 as now there will be no question that Amy and Sheldon will be married.

Your entitled to any point of view you want. I was just simply stating Jennifer was named the sexiest woman on tv history. I am not sure I have ever seen a horse face. But I know Rachel was kinda like the girl next door, she was my first crush in the 90s. Before Kaley hahah.
