the fact is after Shamy's wedding there is really no storylines for any shippers. It appears IMO that Holland thinks there is going to be a season 13. LOL. Bravo on being banned from Prady's Twitter..I think you may have a struck a nerve specially after Holland's idiotic interview. I'm not sure why there was a need to piss off viewers if you don't have to. I will actually give kudos to the writer of the article for mentioning how many people want Lenny to have a baby.

Interesting. I agree with him that two seasons back to back of baby plots is more then enough. I think that If Penny or Amy gets pregnant it won't be until the last episode of the series. This is fine by me, in my opinion they don't need anymore babies on the show anyway...one was enough. Two is too many.

Loved last night's episode. Penny was the winner for me. "Did you just make those up or you having a stroke?" Also, when Sheldon mentions having 15 kids and "renting" a uterus and turned to Penny

Leonard's face was great during that comment. Penny's also. Hahaha! Did you notice when Sheldon said that then looked at Penny that Amy also kind of looked at her with a slight interest. Lol

I thought the entire episode was really funny!

But who’s idea was it to have two seasons of babies? Steve Holland.

To be fair, Bernadette's first pregnancy was planned in writing. The second one was because Melissa got pregnant. I don't think hiding her pregnancy would have been easy.

In other words one stupid idea was followed by another stupid idea. You would think he would be smart enough to learn from his mistakes. Then again he also did manage to alienate an entire group of shippers.

It was nobody's idea. They went with the flow. Melissa is tiny and they couldn't have predicted how she'd look. The usual tricks to hide actresses' pregnancies might not have worked. Does anyone remember Jane Leeves' first pregnancy which they tried to conceal in Frasier ? They didn't make that mistake twice.

Who went with the flow? Someone had to decide that. Melissa is not a main character.. A business trip? They could of came up with something. Oh I forgot that would meant effort on their part. What was I thinking?

I disagree with you. With one of the actresses pregnant in real life it narrows the options. It is not like you can tell people they can't get pregnant. It happened and they went with it. Kind of a forced hand. Howardette have been married the longest with a very stable relationship. To me it makes sense that they would have a kid over Lenny or Shamy for that matter.

It's bad enough with one imaginary baby. Two IMO is just plain stupid. If Melissa lived in 4a or 4b I could see the logic. Then again if she lived there there's wouldn't be a first one. Shamy being pregnant and not married makes no sense. To me Bernie being pregnant twice takes at a moment that should of been reserved for Lenny even if it' didn't happen to the end of the series. But then again IMO all the disappointments have been reserved for their fans and thus should have been expected

What's wrong with there being babies on the show ? People have children, even scientists and engineers. Apart from Luke Smith in The Sarah Jane Adventures, in every series for which I've ever had to suspend disbelief during my adult life, anyone who was born was required to be the result of somebody's pregnancy. (  It happens in real life too, surprisingly.<-sarcasm->) There are even people around now who started life as babies and who had scientists for parents.

This was a fun episode. The babies were only implied which is is fine I think.

Ugh. I thought at least by the end of the series they would let Lenny have a baby. I mean, Penny is gonna be 33 and Leonard 39 and there doesn't seem to be a barrier to this (e.g., financial problems or one of them having to go through major development to be ready) in real life they would have probably had a baby by that time. 

Kind of wondering what they are going to do in season 12, as it seems they have played all their cards (at least those they are willing to play).

TBBT has been molding into a familly sitcom for a few years now. ITs lost alot if its uniqueness. This ain't suddenlly news. But then again different is fine. As long as they don't depart from what made the show the gigantic hit it was in the first place. A Show about endering physicists. And Penny LOL.

Personally. I thought it could have been so much better. It was a waste of my time. I recorded it, watched about 10 minuets, then deleted. it.

Bull, they could have been creative and hid Bernadette's pregnancy. They (writers and TPTB) got lazy and mailed in the lousey story line. It's not like Melissa was in that many episodes as she started to show. So now we have two unseen but heard babies.

It's not like we saw that much of her anyway. They couldn't have her go on some work related project and have her skype to Howard and the gang? Easy peasy, problem solved!
