All right, for all the geeks around here:

campaign-north-africa

Estimated playing time: 60000 minutes!

I've Played similar games.   Terrible Swift Sword, for Gettysburg; The Longest Day, for D-Day, and several games of the real monster, The Europa Series, which plans on covering all of WWII in Eroupe, Western Asia and North and East Africa.   You might notice that the designer for The Campaign for North Africa is also the designer for Terrible Swift Sword.

Why not? she did for 8 years. :icon_twisted:

Actually she didn't. She started wearing mostly what IMO were reasonable clothes around seasons 2-3.

Keeping with the realistic line - I like the sound of the new plot and I'm glad we're seeing some tenants, as it feels like a deserted building. I think Leonard would be great, actually I would prefer both Leonard and Penny, but Sheldon could use the elevator card. That would definitely turn everybody against Leonard.

Not really needing another Leonard losing to Sheldon again episode.

I've always been surprised how we rarely saw other residents of the building.

It would have been good to toss a geologist or French language professor in there, so that they could be the butt of the guys' jokes instead of each other.

If the tenants choose Sheldon they will probably regret this at the tag and ask him to help them make Sheldon resign.

You know with these pro- sheldonian writers, that is probably a reliable outcome. But, the way Sheldon irks everyone, they'll probably pick Leonard due to not having to deal with the crazy dude in 4 B!  :sarcastichand:

They're probably doing an outstanding job escaping being near the craziness that is Sheldon.:icon_neutral:

NICE, VERY NICE!:icon_twisted:

Maybe every once in a while see her in a tank top doing yoga Nothing wrong with that. But I know she is a married professional woman now and has to be portrayed that way. And really she looks good in anything.

I'm not complaining or saying she's not looking good in what ever she wears. Just miss them nice dresses she use to wear. I mean she wears pant suits at work. I remember when the girls ragged on Pryia for her pant suits.

Could Frank and Alicia win it for Sheldon?

Who's Frank? I think Alicia moved out of the building already. :scratchhead:

What the hell happened to Penny? She went from dressing cute and nice to plaid shirts and loose jeans. Is that her choice or TPTB trying to make her look ordinary?

She a married professional women in her early 30s that what!

And plaid shirts and loose jeans are pretty typical clothings for Women in Western States

I can see Sheldon making all kinds of unreasonable campaign promises that he will expect Amy and Penny to keep for him (doing laundry, baby-sitting, dog walking, etc...).

Do you think we will get to see Frank and Alicia (maybe at voting)?

Nobody said they were their neighbors though, they were meant to be random and I don't think we will ever get to meet them.

Why not, there's place for everone. Even imaginary (no, I don't talking about babies). :shy:

I think Shamy need more time to be prepared for a child. Maybe they could have Amy freeze eggs? That would be realistic and they could get some funny and sweet moments out of it.

You can't really be prepared for a child anyway. If you wanna have kids as much as Shamy apparently do then they should get going within the next few years. Not even for fertility reasons but you don't wanna have 15 babies/kids around when you're pushing 70. LOL The longer you wait the more demanding the job is and starting in your late 40s or whenever is not making things easier no matter how much more mature you are then.

Well, not next door neighbors, clearly, but they could live in the same building... is it supposed to be a big building? Maybe not that big, since they never got a new elevator...

Since Leonard, Sheldon and presumably other guys like "Buffy the Vampire Slayer", maybe they can get Sarah Michelle Gellar to play Alicia.

I think if Frank and Alicia lived in the building Leonard or the guys would have net them. I think the other tenants probably do their best to avoid the crazy guy from the fourth floor.

But others don't seem to have contact with any neighbors because they never mentioned any neighbors, other than the "original" Alicia. Maybe guys could have passed Frank and Alicia by without even learning their names. Once in season five or four, during their at home gaming marathon, guys mentioned their neighbors once called the cops because they thought they were dead (that one other time they had a gaming marathon and didn't leave an apartment for days). Maybe that implied that they are on good terms with their neighbors, but if they were that close with any of them, chances are one of them would have dropped by an apartment or called them to check up on them first. (Or maybe that marathon was at someone else's place; I am not sure.)

For all we know, Frank and Alicia could be just as weird. Even if they don't live in the building, Sheldon could "hire" them to help him with the campaign.

Well that's true. I personally don't think they live in the building. I wouldn't be surprised is Sheldon didn't hire them so he get the election slanted his way.

They have to be as weird as Sheldon, I haven't seen to many normal people wanting anything to do with Sheldon, unless they needed something.
