For all we know, Frank and Alicia could be just as weird. Even if they don't live in the building, Sheldon could "hire" them to help him with the campaign.

When Sheldon made brunch for Amy we met Mrs. Petrescu who lives on the second floor.

I highly doubt they will have 15 kids. Sheldon doesn't seem to grasp what it means. I always imagined them with two.

Coming from a guy I miss the era when Penny wore skimpy tops. I am a guy after all LOL. But I don't think it would be all that appropriate or for lack of a better word accurate. I gathered she wore those type of clothes to flaunt herself for other guys. But the episode in Season 9 The Sales Call Sublimation. Perfectly illustrates why I find it very realistic her clothing sense has evolved over the years. Her body is for her husbands eyes only now. That is not to say I love the Plaid shirts. The Plaid budget on that show must rival the tank top budget ha. I like seeing Penny dressed like this

I mean lets be honest this is now a show about Young Student Professionals.

The "LOL" should've been an indicator that I don't think they'll totally have 15 kids. But even with two the older you get the harder it is to handle babies/kids.

I find it kinda weird though that this is the plot to the 250th episode. Maybe they have someone special as the tenant from the 5th floor Leonard is said to try to convince to vote for him?

I believe that mentioned the names of the women that live in 3A and 3B. I can't remember their names.

As do I when she is working, but being at home, you'd think she would wear what she use to wear around the apartment. Especially since they are alone in the apartment. They did change the locks on the door.

I generally agree, I just think that in Sheldon's case he needs a bit more time to prepare for things. He is not your average guy. I think in his case it could be better to wait a bit at the price of being older when he has kids.

And earlier in the show ( I dont remember in which season, sorry) Leonard once met a neighbour ( a lady) who looked at him curiously as he was getting upstairs for home( I think it was because something  related with  Penny and Leonard , not sure). Anyone remember that?

I remember the one from 3A, when Penny was leaving after that drunk night of loud sex with Leonard. I remember she said Yeehaw to Penny and Penny just said Oh My God! I think the one you are talking about was when Penny were leaving the morning after they broke her bed. I remember penny saying something was said to her.

Okay, that isn't really contradicting what I said ("they should get going within the next few years") so I guess we're on the same page in terms of timeline. Your freezing Amy's eggs made it sounds like they should wait another 5-10 years or so. lol

Anyway, yeah, obviously I wouldn't think they'd start right away. Well, honeymoon at the earliest, maybe. And even then babies have the great advantage of needing like 9 months before they're actually there so, you know, enough time to prepare! ;D

Mrs. Gunderson lives here at least in "The Lunar Excitation" (S3E23).

Mrs. Vartabedian also lives on the third floor....Mentioned in "The Vartabedian Conundrum" (S2E10)

But in he Gyroscopic Collapse (10x23) 3A is the empty apartment that Raj and Leonard find Sheldon sitting in.

If Amy is about 36 or 37 now and they start in about 2 years and want more than one baby, then I think freezing her eggs is reasonable. They may want baby number two when she's over 40.

It's a good thing to know, twins, triplets and what else, feasible up to fifteen and more are always possible within a writer's land.

Me too when I was in high school. Own a few Avalon Hill games (Squad Leader, Arab Israeli Wars, Third Reich and a couple others) and enjoyed those board games as a teen. Had to laugh when I saw last night’s episode and saw the game spread out like that. Mine are gathering dust in the attic, and my wife thought I was crazy for ever playing them.

Yes, two, the first one having been made contrary to the customers' wishes, in the lab and stolen, soon to turn up, orphaned, aged five and a half. Little did the authorities know the lab was run by criminals in an embryo-trafficking racket.

In an unwritten fanfic I figure Amy had already started her course of treatment in the egg-retrieval regime before Sheldon pulled out of the project. It's an unpleasant  and lengthy procedure so she thought she might as well  carry on and have her eggs frozen just in case.  The lab owners had ignored Sheldon's request to destroy his deposit, or perhaps he'd decided they might as well freeze it for posterity.

So, as she's getting on a bit, Amy now needs only to have one baby unless it's twins.

3A was empty a few months ago so Mrs Gunderson must have moved out. What beats me is why Sheldon would be intending to stay in 4B long enough to serve on a tenants' committee. They're already finding the lack of enough rooms inconvenient. Even Penny, who has two more rooms in her own home, thought of going to eat her pizza in the laundry room. What they all need is to look for houses, even if for Lenny it's not quite so desperate. I can't see Shamy as a married couple coming back to that little place at their age.

You were the second wave.  I go back to Tactic II, Blitzkrieg, Gettysburg, D-Day, Africa Corp, Midway, Jutland (I even made the correct size movement and range finder).   Then they started the bookcase games, but by then, I was into miniatures and monster games.  Interesting thing about Arab-Isralie wars,  sometime in 1992, they created a scenario, in The General, where you could play Desert Storm.   After almost thirty years (at that time) of playing these games, I had to get the scenario I was in.

Well yes I like this from Penny at home

But my point was clearly her fashion sense was vastly different when she was more independent and single. Now shes a married woman. I See her fashion sense has more comfy.

I loved the woman who said, "Yee-ha!" to Leonard. She had potential in my opinion to be a funny neighbor.

She was funny...I just remember her talking in commercial segments as she was just learning english. I really liked her.
