Wasn't the bar that Archie Bunker would go to called "Kelsey's," on "All in the Family."

I don't know.I only watched the original in which Alf Garnett went to the pub.I think it was called The King's Head but am ready to be corrected.

Yes and in the spin off Archie bought it and renamed it Archie Bunker's Place.

Any bets on the finalie? Do you think they well do the Shamy wedding on the 23rd or the 24th episode? Maybe good on the penultimate episode. Then a Finalie thats less predictable. But well see. Penny pregnancy scare? Maybe.

I don't care. To me It still a weird name to give to a boy. The poor kids will probably get beat  up on the playground

Harry Truman's brother's name was Vivian.

Spencer Tracy's brother was Carroll.

Times change.

Didn't Willie Nelson write that song?

I think so.

Don't know, just know Johnny Cash made it famous.

Humorist Shel Silverstone wrote it. Johnny Cash recorded it in 1969.

Checked on Wikipedia.  :icon_redface:

Johnny did more than just 'a few guest appearances' on Roseanne. he was practically a cast member though never officially made one but in the last few seasons, he got an "Also Starring" credit. In the last 4 Seasons, he was in more Epsidoes then Sara Gilbert was as she was away at College in real life. He was an important   part of that show

Same with Kaley

Kaley was a Cast Member on two Shows including 8 Simple Rules during its entire run and on Charmed during the last season. Kaley was a vital part of 8 Simple Rules as she played the daughter

Kaley and Johnny have done more TV acting then Jim combined.  Asw Ajond said Kaley's and Johnny's roles were hardly guest roles.

I never mentioned Sara so that point is moot.
Point is that Mayim is the only one who played a character on which the entire show was based, played on a very young age in a big movie (Beaches).
No other castmember had that on his/her resume by age of 17 or 19(when Blossom stopped).

For Kaley I'll give you the 8 simple rules one, but on charmed she as just a minor guest appearance, the storyline wasn't even about her character but about her sisters.

Probably a 2 part episode, with a cliffhanger at the end of episode 23 and everything resolves in a beautiful wedding in ep 24.

I'm hoping that Leonard screws up their wedding the way sheldon ruined Lenny's. Not once but twice. But I know that won't happen, can't interfere with shamy's wedding since they're the golden couple.

Maybe you didn't but I did. I only brought her up because as I said earlier Johnny made more than just a few guest appearance on Roseanne. He was more than just a guest or recurring guest as you said he was, I was out pointing out that your statements were incorrect. he was a main cast member and appeared in more Epsidoes hen Sara Gilbert in the last 4 Seasons. David was seen more than Darlene as time went on.  Johnny was in 92 Episodes of Roseanne over the show last 5 Seasons out of like 120 Epsidoes.

Sheldon can mess it up all on his own.

Which means what?  How does that translate into more acting experience?  And a big movie doesn't mean much of anything, for experience, unless you're saying they knew it would be a big movie while they were shooting it.

Actually, the entire last season of Charmed was built around Kaley's character.  This was because there was talk of doing a spin off, which was to be based on Kaley's character.

I saw nothing of Mayim’s  early career (saw a lot of Johnny and a bit of Kaley).  But the truth is all three of them were amazingly successful child actors, but Mayim has this huge gap in her career .  So yes she was a very successful child actress, but her credits outside of that were few and far between.  It is a credit to her that she was able to pick up her career again, but she was far from the most experienced overall.   And what about the serious acting schools some of them attended?  Do they count.  It looks like all of them (except Johnny) had to audition at least once for their roles.  And Chuck Lorre said he had known Johnny (who was cast for a concept with no script)  since he was “about 12” so he was very aware of his capabilities.  Jim came in next and auditioned at least twice.  As far as I can tell, the credit order reflects the hiring date - at least for the first 3.

To me it seems ironic that Kaley was in Charmed. I was not a fan of Charmed or Buffy. They may not have been alike but as a non fan of either to me they looked similar (as Star Trek and Star Wars look alike to Penny and Amy). Penny had no interest in Buffy but Kaley was an actor in Charmed..

Well the only reason Jim had to addition twice is because he was to good.

In one of my fan fics, I have Penny mention she didn't like the actress that played Billie on Charmed.

The screen credit order is contractual.  Johnny and Jim did the first pilot. CBS didn't pick it up but asked them to try again.  They kept Johnny and Jim on contract while they rewrote it and recast it. Contractually Johnny and Jim already held spots 1 and 2.  Johnny got spot number one because he was the "name" and Jim was the new talent.

Kaley, Simon and Kunal came in for the second pilot hence they are third, fourth and fifth in the opening credits.
