You know, now a days they can't show Lenny as a happy couple. They aren't as bad as previous years, but still no real loving gestures except for the occasional cheek kiss. Any affection between Lenny would take away from Shamy and they can't have that.

Yeah, I know this is just getting out of control.  Shamy has more intimate gestures and bed scenes than Lenny!   You would've thunk it?

A bed scene with Lenny, I can't recall the last time that happened. But, our good friends Shamy, almost every episode they're either in bed together or in the bedroom. So strange!

If I recall correctly, the last bed scene they had was the premiere of season 10 when they had the redo wedding.  And even that was, as usual, interrupted by Sheldon because of the ridiculous plot where they had to live with the man-child when they were married. I could never understand why the writers thought that was funny. Now as Shamy lives in their own apt. the storylines can practically be the same. So having Lenny live with Sheldon for over a year really was a waste of time.

You're right, anyway...

I totally agree   And i think the worst tag scene was in the episode  "Cognition Regeneration"  season 10  where Zack offers Penny a job at his company.  P&L had a tender, mature conversation about her taking the job and at the end when she says to Leonard the job was rescinded he gives her a thumbs up gesture.  The tag scene after this was Sheldon trying to walk on stilts!!  This wasn't even relevant to the story.  But the worst part I believe was when I read that they cut P&L final scenes where they hug and kiss after she talks with Zack. I also read in the bts that after the scene Johnny picked up and hugged Kaley. Maybe this scene meant a little more to them with their history.

Not exactly. They taped various versions, one with Penny just smiling (the one they used), another with a hug and another with a kiss. I wish they chose the hug or kiss but it's not that they cut it. The lifting up was just Johnny joking around, saying he wanted Leonard to do this (which is a joke because that would be OOC, Leonard is not as physically strong as Johnny).

Thank god, I was thinking I may be the only person who thought that.

I'm glad some one does. Maybe Lenny will tell them that their is more than sleeping when in bed together.

Sad, but true. But I don't know about that as Leonard is the muscle in the group and he did carry Penny across the threshold after the Vegas wedding. :sarcastichand:

When have they been in a tag this season?

Yeah well I'm not  really into jerky guys and spineless women. Shamy getting married kind of ends any remaining uniqueness.

I guess you prefer it the other way around LOL

See, you've missed the point or just coming up with your own. I was talking about how Lenny, a married couple,  doesn't seem to be seen in bed, where as Shamy, an engaged couple, is allowed to be seen in bed. That makes no sense at all. Hopefully, Leonard or Penny will tell Shamy that they can do other things in bed except sleeping or reading. I mean, they don't have to wait a year to do the horizonal mambo.

Then that way you have a perfect description of Shamy. Amy has the spine and Sheldon is the jerk!

Your opinion. I was just pointing out who had the spine and who was the jerk. We know Sheldon is no more than a spineless jerk! :icon_cheesygrin:

No, you "know" that, the same way some people claim to "know" that the Earth is actually flat.

I never said the other way around. I gave my opinion of Shamy. My mistake was the quote thing. Who cares, I think you realize my opinion, so I need not reply to you any more. Good day.

Hid like a little baby. That was really manly hiding behind his girlfriend.

At least you didn't see Leonard kiss with another woman on a boat, though that didn't make it any better...

But you got to see him admit that on his wedding day, almost two years later.

And which one of the guys has ever been traditionally manly? Plus, for this to have any merit, you seem to be operating under impression that Howard would actually assault Sheldon, and, by an extension, Amy if she got in the way...

And to my "the other way around" you said "then that way"... So yes, you claimed that your observation was "the other way around".

Based on what? Confronting Kurt almost a decade ago? Plus, not being a coward doesn't equal being better in everything anyway...

OK  Sorry for misinterpreting this but I agree with you on the hug and kiss scenario  which would have been a hell of alot better than seeing Sheldon on stilts!!

Context: in 1966 there was a show called The Monkees that starred a band of the same name. My parents introduced us to it  when we were little. It was hokey but  a lot of fun and the music was strangely good. (my family owns the cd album and we watched the DVDs)

So naturally when nickelodeon made a "modern" version of the show in 2009 (Big Time Rush) with the same hokey humor and silliness, I enjoyed watching it. Especially since the show came out when I was still in elementary school and then lasted till I finished middle school.

James Maslow played the "pretty boy" of the band Big Time Rush (which was a short lived real life band) in the show. Honestly I enjoyed his character a lot. I thought he was funny.

I watched the Monkees back when it started. My favorite was Peter. I've never heard of Big Time Rush.

The guys are hardly ever manly in a traditional way. Not sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing in terms of the comedic effect. It goes both ways.

At least he doesn't hide behind a woman.

That doesn't change anything. Penny doesn't care about that when Leonard does something wrong.

He confronted Kurt on three separate occasions. I do believe Sheldon ran like a baby on two of those occasions.

Personally, I feel Howard would have kicked his ass and Sheldon knew that as well. Otherwise why hide behind Amy?

LOL Please, tell me you are joking.

Also, Leonard confronted Kurt on three separate occasions... when was the last time, almost a decade ago? Didn't he go confront Kurt with Sheldon the first time around? And, in the end, what did he accomplish by confronting Kurt? Was he successful?

Leonard may have not have succeeded but he did stand up to a challenge were as sheldon hid behind his girl friend
