Yeah I know, I just meant for me personally in terms of his work that I've actually seen that episode is what I will remember him for. Of course if I end up seeing any of his other work then that would change :)

Okay. That fine I just find it interesting that the Show has never aired over their when it a remake of Man About the house.

Before that he made a few recurring guest appearances on The Waltons

. You are right. As said yester young girls or teen girls in the TV Business sometimes y gravitate towards men like that (Who are in control and have the power)  because they look up to them as sort of a father figure and someone they can trust and feel safe around

Melissa Gilbert talks about Michael in the same way but usually in a lot more earnest way. She said she felt the safest when Michael was around.

So it not surprising Kaley would have fond memories of John Ritter. He was one the nicest men Hollywood. Everyone who works with him has said it was a blast to work with.

John Ritter had been on TV A lot longer than she (who was only 17) had and had way more Acting expenses so he knew more than her. It doesn't matter how long you been in the business there always someone who been there longer who will teach you something new or advise you on something or give you advice. And when you are 17 an actor in their 50s who were around for 30 years or so usually knows more than you.

So Kaley probably learned some new thin form John and Katey she didn't know before

Never said she was in the business longer than him. I just said she had been in the business a while and that he enforced what she learned and help prepare her her for the future. Don't put wrong meanings to what I say.

A small, possibly unexpected addition coming from my side: Amy (Mayim)! She was outstanding for me in this funny episode.

Her comedic timing was PERFECT here.

Another thing I found funny that I forgot to mention before is her telling Leonard go to the cabin with Sheldon safe to keep him safe,, Bernie telling Howard go along to protect Leonard safe and then adding that he needed to take  Raj as well to keep him from crashing the bachelorette party.  Melissa was great there.

I really didn't like this episode. The humor seemed tired and also inefficient. Can't say I laughed out loud even once, and both stories were, IMO, lame. I must say, however, that Mayim and Kaley and Melissa sure do have comedic chops and did the best they could with sub-par material.

It funs watching the show in season 1 knowing what will happen 8 or 9 years. It actually a little strange in some ways

It is even more interisting imo to rewatch some older episodes after watched most recent seasons as the enjoyment get bigger or in some cases the understanding of the storyline get clearer .  I still do rewatchings of all seasons when my free time allow it to me. Tbbt is that kind of show imo that is timeless, I mean, the viewers may enjoy it anytime they decide to give a try.

From Entertainment Tonight  Video in the link

(Interview with Jim from Thursday night.)

"ET spoke to the actor at the 29th Annual GLADD Media Awards on Thursday, where he was honored with the Stephen K. Kolzak Award."

Oh, I hate that idea. hasn't Amy been through enough?

But that could be why Raj was crying at the end of the last scene of Season 111?

I'm sure Sheldon would have a good reason to runaway.

Jim was joking about the run-away-groom thing.

I found it interesting that Jerry O'Connell is already on set, so I guess he is going to be in the penultimate episode.

Was he or was he not joking? Personally, I think he was joking. But, we never know until we watch the episode. I'm sure no one on the forum thought about Leonard kissing Mandy Chou on that expedition. Still, we didn't see it, just heard about it from a Leonard's drunken memory. :scratchhead:

Chuck Lorre said at Paley Fest that they would definitely be getting married in the Season 11 finale.

Oh well, he can still run away, be found, talked into coming back and get married. Easy-Peasy. :sarcastichand:

Besides, Chuck Lorre could be lieing as well.

It doesn't mean he couldn't runaway in Tuesday's taping.

Jim also said he hasn't seen the script yet. Let's see what happens, I'm pretty confident he won't do a runner.

Was pretty confident Leonard wouldn't cheat on Penny
