If I am not wrong( surely someone will correct me if I am) , Farrah is likely to be Amy's mother's maiden name.

I don't know for sure either, but I think Farrah is her middle name, much like Sheldon's is Lee: Amy Farrah Fowler and Sheldon Lee Cooper.

Pretty hard for Wil Weaton to be played by Bill Barleycorn since he plays a slightly exaggerated version of himself.

I wonder why the other cast members have semi normal middle names, Farrah, Lee, Joel to name a few. Leonard gets stuck with Leakey. How messed up is that. I know he's named after a famous scientist. Surely Beverley and Alfred didn't give too much thought to how much hell their son would go thru with that name or they just didn't care.

I don't know anyone outside my immediate family that knows my middle name.

That's you. Not too many know mine. I guard it religiously. Our favorite writers seem to enjoy letting Leonard's name out at different times. It's in the name of comedy.

When? I can't recall the last time. Amy has always has three names. We know Sheldon's middle name because it has been mentioned. 

How often has Lenard's middle name been mentioned on the show?

Several times. When, heck I don't  remember. I don't have an eidetic memory like Sheldon. I do know that Sheldon has mentioned it at least once revealing he was named after a famous Anthropologist and Alfred's mentor. If you need other times, you can look them up because I just don't care.

Sheldon thinks everyone is a slave to him. At least now Leonard has a mistress to do things for. Sheldon now has Amy to do his bidding.

It seems like none, but I guess the anniversary they were talking about in 11×01 was their original wedding.

my parents felt that naming me Leonard and putting me in advanced placement classes wasn't getting me beaten up enough.

And sometimes I think it's just done for comedic effect, as in Bernadette Maryann Rostenkowski-Wolowitz.

As I said, Alfred and Beverley didn't care about the grief their son suffered. Beverley's only response was Buck up sissy pants. I'm wondering if they treated Michael and his sister the same way? I think not as she is always praising them and putting Leonard down. Although Alfred seems to have softened over the years.
