Here too.  We were in the mid-fifties today, and our low will only be around the upper forties.

We were in the low 30's last night but looking a lot better till next Wednesday. It's been sunny but cold. The wife gave me a hard time for wearing shorts and a t-shirt. I told her "Hey, it's Florida".

Not me.  My desk is in what used to be a lanai, so there is no heat there, other than what comes through the entryway from the house.  It's pretty well insulated but I had to finished the last bit of editing on The Unwrapped Consequence last  night, with my jean jacket on.   There is also this:

I wear shorts and a t-shirt year-round.  There are the very rare days I wear a jacket. I think it's to drive the wife nuts.  😄

Well,  what a scary night. Storms driving through during the night. Got woken up at midnight to the Tornado Warning alert and had to go to the safe room. There were some damages in Milton, FL but none near my house. Thank God for that.

We’re going to get that mess tonight.

Well,  here we go again. Right now we're under a Tornado Watch for the next 6 and a half hours. Nasty weather coming to town. Watch out Tensor, it's probably headed your way later. Mississippi and Alabama getting hammered now and headed to the East to Georgia and South toward Florida.

Seems like the rough weather has passed. Only a little rain and wind right now. Feels good to make it through another storm. Now we're preparing for Hurricane season. Hopefully it will not be as bad as last year.

The front came apart as it moved lower in Florida.  It's now off the coast, in the Atlantic, the majority of the weather is off of North and South Carolina.  We're not supposed to get anything on Wednesday.

I wouldn't put anything past the weather gods. 😄

Well,  we kinda got hammered with rain and wind over night. Glad that I slept through it. A lot of storms coming this way. Storms coming from the Gulf of Mexico and from Texas. Gonna be an interesting day.

Well, we're used to this weather. At least it's not a hurricane. Probably another week for the hurricane season to start. But,  we still keep an open eye towards the Gulf of Mexico!

Well Tensor, seems the remnants from the former hurricane off the Western coast of Mexico is probably headed your way. They say that Miami or north of Miami will get the brunt of the storm. You'll may get some rain and maybe wind. As an experienced Floridian, I'm sure that you know how to prepare. Take care
