I know it's hard. If I had to choose, my favorite of all time is: 

1) When Leonard gave her the Snowflake and

2) When Leonard gave her the locket.

It did not say in the topic header that it was just going to be about Penny and Leonard. That could have been made more clear. If it said it was a Lenny thread I'd have gone past it. It didn't.

I didn't like most of the very tight short outfits and most of her early days outfits that made her look like packaged boobs. I think her later outfits are much better. For example there was the black dress she wore in season 10 when the girls went out, it was cute and suited her well.

I think it's obvious that Penny looks great rather she's wearing A short, tight dress or loose jeans and a loose shirt. Everything in between as well. I think when she was with Kurt and Mike, she was just arm and eye candy. Leonard taught her she didn't have to look "slutty" to be beautiful and she got more comfortable wearing casual clothing. She can still pull off the short , tight dress look either with short or long hair.  😜

Or she grew up and her taste changed and she doesn't like these type of clothes anymore...

She's married and only needs to impress her husband. She doesn't have to wear skimpy clothes to do that.
