I was a bit too old for children's films by then - I remember the Beatles when they were playing. If anybody thinks getting tickets for a TBBT taping is hard ............. Yes, Howard has a Beatle haircut and a long nose. Ringo's also old enough to play a character who could have got away with spinning two families. He'd have been around forty when Howard was born. He's on the short side although not a diddy as Howard. Ghostbusters is a hilarious comedy that is wonderful for all ages to see. You don't need to be a kid to enjoy it. At 48 I still enjoy watching it. It is a comedy classic.

I've been hoping to meet Howard's Dad for years, especially after that wonderful letter in closet episode in S.6, but I knew this would be a loooooong shot. BUT, I remembered reading this in some interviews here: On 3/8/2019 at 5:33 AM, vonmar said: From TV Line Ask Ausiello: Spoilers on Veronica Mars, Big Bang, Supernatural, Gotham, Psych, To All the Boys, TWD and More Question: Big Bang Theory is ending soon and we still haven’t met Howard’s father. Any word on him possibly showing up? —Dina Ausiello: Well, we did ask show boss Chuck Lorre if viewers would meet any unseen relatives before the hitcom fades to black, and he hedged, “Not that I can talk about.”Hmm…. Elsewhere on the Big Bang front, I hear Sheldon and Amy will soon be spending some time in a sensory deprivation lab, and I’m already predicting this will be one of my favorite episodes of the season. This got me thinking. I don't know about others, but I really can feel TPTB are LOVING Howardette this season, some people claimed that "Howardette's story is over", but clearly, TPTB don't think so. They wrote a lot of filler - "interesting yet don't change their life one bit" - plots for them, when they should've spent the time on Raj and Anu, or someone else. So, now, with this love that TPTB have been giving to Howardette, I kinda expect to see his Dad in the finale. LOL. 59 minutes ago, Sah said: I have always wondered about him and why he took off. What happened to his half brother? I would like to know about this. I liked his brother when we did meet him, he seemed a lot like Howard. Agree with every word. I came up with the names about 2-3 years ago (I came up with the story long before I started writing and published about 6 months after I started writing). At the time all we knew was Sheldon did not appreciate his dad at all, there was no mention of him missing his dad or his dad being a good father. It was only after YS that we got these sort of things. So, at the time Sheldon naming his son after his dad didn't even occur to me. Sheldon has time yet to see a bad side of George and not want to name anything but the noisy neighbourhood cat after him.

shell Posted March 17, 2019 Posted March 17, 2019 Did anyone get the TV Guide It's actually better than I thought It included the whole cast in the interview and pictures of the whole cast as well. Very bittersweet It sounds like they're ready to move on but the same time very sad it's ending and they won't be working with each other anymore. spidergirl Posted March 17, 2019 Posted March 17, 2019 (edited) Hello Shamy fellows! I have just watched 12x17 and I had to share here some thoughts about it. I know many might disagree about the Sheldon experiences with Holowitz children but I thought they fitted with Sheldon character and at same time they seemed realistic for a potencial Sheldon father role in upcoming episodes. By the way I have read it may not be possible Amy being pregnant at moment because if it was true, she would tell it to Sheldon by the end of the episode... However that mix of mischivious and melted look from Amy to her husband... I m not sure at all she wasnt, hehe. Maybe I am wrong but I loved the feeling of my Shamy could become parents sooner than I thought they could...couldnt help my Shamy heart! Amy doesn't want Sheldon to be one of those men (if they still exist ) who take no interest in their children until they are walking around saying, 'Daddy' and showing an interest in trains. She won't want to be landed with all the work. Practising on someone else's children first is very much typical of both of them. Sneaky but Shamy. 'Me likey'. ShamyScience Posted March 18, 2019 Posted March 18, 2019 Wasn't Sheldon tracking her cycle in S10? I doubt she could hide a pregnancy from him unless the writers forgot about it (which is possible, let's be real). @April...agreed! And I can see a Cooper Baby actually demanding a shedule. It's in the DNA. :D
