Just to give this thread a bit of a bump. I’m currently watching Season 6. Obviously the best Lenny season. What are people’s top 5 Lenny episodes?

5. The Fuzzy Boots Corollary

4. The Middle Earth Paradigm

3. The Peanut Reaction

2. The 43 Peculiarity

1. The Closet Reconfiguration

Here's my somewhat top 5. It's hard narrowing it down to just 5!

5.   The Gorilla Dissolution

4.   The Thanksgiving Decoupling

3.   The Geology Elevation

2.   The Gates Excitation

1.   The Conjugal Conjection

I liked some of yours as well. As I said, it's hard cutting the list to just 5. I like 2 and 3 because of what happens to Sheldon in them. 4 for drunk Sheldon. 5 for when Lenny got engaged and 1 for the second wedding.

Yes. Together forever. Every time I watch the final episodes I'm so touched by how close they are, so happy and loving toward each other and still so funny.  Holding hands and doing it together. I've watched the last 2 episodes at least a dozen times. Each time I think, "OK.  This time it won't make you cry." But it always does! :firstmove:

Have read that Jim and Mayim are collaborating on a tv project together. Maybe this is an omen that Kaley and Johnny will do something together as well.  There sure have been plenty of rumors to that and many fans who would be delighted to see them together again.

In TV lore, they are together forever with their smart and beautiful child. It's definitely not imaginary!

I hadn't heard that. That is interesting.

Yeah, I've seen the headlines, but haven't read the article.

You know it would be preferable to see them in a spin-off as Penny and Leonard. But I would not mind if they do a series say as a husband and wife detective team. Maybe even with a sci-fi theme as when Leonard wanted to write a book in an episode. It would certainly be within their on-screen chemistry and ability.

Totally agree. Although I'd prefer Lenny Spin-off, I would enjoy the other possibilities as well!

I don't think people could look at that and not see Leonard and Penny. But that's just my opinion.

Quite possibly true as they portrayed Leonard and Penny for 12 years.

I love the fact that they are happy and that the writers didn't feel the need to have them argue. That's a win-win situation.

Yeah I’m watching s3 atm. It’s great in hinesight. Knowing how it ends. And Lenny get a satisfying ending. It’s different to actually watching it in real time.

True. Also, as I said, they didn't have an argument as they did in other episodes of Season 12.

While it was a satisfying ending for P&L, I still feel a little cheated that after all this time we didn't get to see Penny tell Leonard that she was pregnant and to see his reaction. Same goes for her parents particularly her father. It just bothers me that they could not have one episode whereby Penny and Leonard have this conversation and also why she did not want children in the first place. Season 12 was just devoted to Shamy and their quest for the Nobel prize. It just took too much away from Lenny. And it was not only season 12 but they devoted most storylines to Shamy in seasons 10 and 11 as well. Also, I think in season 11 they wrote P&L in a more loving, marital way instead of the snarkiness from previous seasons.

Mostly I agree. There were some snarkiness and arguments in Season 11 as well.

This is true but not as much as in previous seasons. Also, showrunner Steve Holland softened their relationship down a little.

I often thought that the writers were trying to find ways to break them up again. That boat kiss came out of left field and definitely unexpected. That in itself reeks of attempted breakup.

Think that was Molaro's influence. He thought that the conflict between them was the basis for comedy. That may have been true but not in every episode. I think Steve Holland in season 11 got them to be a more loving marital couple instead of all the conflicts.

I think more loving in 11 than 10, but still a lot of friction. The only person with more friction than Lenny was Raj.

I think Prady understood Lenny the most. Always got the feeling Lenny wasent as much of a priority for Moloro.
