Don't ask. Won't answer. Why tweet?

To make us speculate, but between us, without bombarding him with questions. I think that's a good strategy on his part.

"Truly astonishing", that's sure something that provokes speculation. Although he may be just exaggerating... What would be "truly astonishing" at this point? If Shamy get a nobel that's way too fast, although they didn't care much about being true to the academic world this season.

Typically there is more than one storyline in every episode.

So... Leonard sees how hard it is for Shamy that others get to "grow" with their own minds' creation and decides he doesn't want others to grow his genes' one? Just kidding. For some reason I'm full with weird ideas today. Apparently 2019 brought a goofy spirit upon me (although it's probably just the sleep deprivation).

Exactly. If they had put Amy or Bernie in there I know someone would have complained about that, too.

They will probably go 3 or full cast for this type of thing now.  You can’t leave out any of these 3 or use some weird subset and I don’t see them putting in 5 and leaving out the other women.  The 3 are also presenting at the golden Globes.  There could however be a lot of push of individuals, couples or whatever for stuff like talk shows or unique stories.

Johnny, Kaley & Jim also participated in The Hollywood Foreign Press Corps media day back in late October.

They are the core of the show.  People are going to have to accept that some media outlets may want to focus on only them sometimes.

There is plenty of time for group events like interviews and other magazine covers/articles.

On several social media posts publicising these pictures and the magazine cover comments that have been made by disappointed fans voicing their displeasure are being deleted.  These are not abusive posts either, just people voicing their disappointment and are being silenced.  Some of these people are die-hard TBBT fans.

Removing these posts is a very poor look indeed.

No offense to Mayim, Mel, Kunal, and Simon. But makes sense they are the Big 3. The biggest stars from the show. The show started with them, and prob should end with them. Makes sense media outlets would want to focus on them. ET have done this of course. In some ways I like it. This is TBBT. Whether or not you can argue it is disrespectful to Kunal and Simon partic. I get it. ET want to show off the show. Leonard, Penny, and Sheldon. Have dominated majority of the storylines. Most Casuals think of them when they well pick up the magazine. Sales Sales Sales. Of course no one here as an obligation to read.

Amen to that!

The Sheldon/Amy fight retread that they've had 1 billion times was such a grossly incompetent way to handle a paintball episode, we were lucky if we got 5 minutes of action...probably less

Should've just been a competitive episode without the shmoopy stuff (Raj/Anu/Stuart/Denise plot advancement can stay in since it did not hurt the flow, though the way to make Raj/Anu fight was incredibly lazy)

Personally, I was expecting a better episode. This episode left me exhausted and not in the good, satisfied way.

Really, I laughed more this episode than I have in a while.  I am still amazed these writers could fit all five couples stories into one episode.

I'm amazed Bernie's parents are so tolerant. Yet again Raj and Stuart aren't sitting in while Howardette gallivant about. A toddler at the into-everything stage and a baby, and goodness-knows how many more grandchildren they have  - -  or did Howard decide after all to engage a cut-price nanny we never see ?

For me the weakest part of the episode was the Sheldon/Amy story line. Sheldon saw himself as a victim of being ignored in the publicity of their asymmetry work. He came off as petulant and as a bit of a brat.

I immensely enjoyed the remainder of the episode. For me, it delivered in spades!

I don’t totally agree with chucky  but I understand his reasoning. I thought the episode was a bit exhausting with all the couples stories. JMO the Shamy story was a bit too much. Them in the tag was unnecessary. As someone said in the episode thread you could see that a mile away coming. I think the problem for some people was they thought there would be more paintball. It’s what people were focusing on. The paintball wasn’t shown until 7:19 on my clock.
