The reason I wouldn't like them to win a Nobel is not that I don't want them to have a win. If it were a lesser prize I would be all for it. Winning a Nobel and all happening so fast just feels too unrealistic to me, it is fairytale-y to me in a way that I do not enjoy. Having kids with a spouse is much more realistic...

Generally, you win a Nobel in your 60s for work you did in your 30s.

Yes. Because he wins it but thru no fault of his own, Amy doesn't. IF the Fermi submission wins.

I get  it's not his fault. But are you suggesting the Nobel Prize is more important than Amy?

Yes. They did refer to this, which was a positive surprise, but it's too unrealistic and fairytaley for me. I wouldn't like any other character to suddenly win a Nobel either, or in Penny's case a sudden critical acclaim for the crappy movies she did.

That would have been the smarter move! But no, they went and painted themselves in a corner. They're probably running round like chickens with their heads cut off trying to fix it!

We should know a little more after tonite's taping

I personally think due to how this season has gone so far it'll be mainly Shamy and Raj/Anu with Lenny & Howardette getting either minor scenes or just mentions of what they will be doing.

The horror!

Well in 12.3 Leonard said that he always wanted to have kids, a Nobel and a Batmobile. Sometimes people don’t blabber about their life long dreams, fearing something could go wrong and it just won’t happen

That does not sound the same as life long dream. How serious can one take it when he also wanted a batmobile?

Just a random question I want to ask you guys, with February 14th  being a Thursday, do you think they'll do a Valentine's episode?. If you do what do think it'll be like?.

Lenny can always stand by the kitchen island

Why not, life long dreams, IMO, don’t necessarily have to be about career or family or other serious stuff, we can dream about anything, as long as our imagination allows us ☺️

Because seriously wanting a batmobile is kind of infantile.

When he met Penny he wanted to have kids with her. He never wanted to have kids by any old mother, only Penny.

A nerd, yes that sounds serious for a nerd. I'm sure that Sheldon, Raj and Howard would agree with Leonard. I mean they fought over that Lord of the Rings ring and went bat crap crazy over that time machine,

Putting this together with the other things is Leonard's kind of humor.

I don't think it's Leonard's humor, it's who he is basically. He's just a nerd who loves nerdy things and of course his beloved Penny!

Those things don't make her laugh, just eye rolls and a half smile. Leonard was like that before he met Penny! He has over 3000 comic books and god only knows how many collectibles. He was a nerd and loved nerdy things before he met Penny and he still is to this day! He may have dialed it back a bit, but at heart, he's still a nerd. As he says "He's the King of Nerds"!

Is there is a Taping tonight? The taping schedule has not been updated since October.

Yes and then the cast has a one week hiatus.
