Best picture ever!

does anyone have any information about episode 22? the title makes me think it has something to do with pregnancy either for Amy or Penny

I wish I did! I think it might be about Leonard and his mom's relationship. It very well could be baby news for Shamy...I kind of hope it is Shamy Baby, but you never do know...

It is a cute picture! Kind of looks like Sheldon I think. Dark hair and blue eyes ;)

The last sentence...

"Note the empty whiteboard white board behind us as there are no longer any future episodes to discuss. A first 12 years."

:icon_cry:

I don't get this : I thought they are still in the process of episodes 23 and 24 ? Table read for 23 was only today.

Or any of the other five mothers, or Meemaw, or Denise. We've not seen Mary this season BTW. Shamy baby wouldn't be much of a surprise.

I'm under the impression that they use the whiteboard to hash out ideas going forward.

It being blank means that 12x23 is written and will simply need rewrites as they continue through rehearsals and tape night.

Alex posted a IG video several days ago of her starting to type up 12x24, so they must have the general story figured out and just need to do some fine tuning.

So it would appear that they have nothing left to hash out, they're done with that part of the process.

That sounds like the most likely explanation. I wonder why the cast are saying the final episode hasn't been written yet ? Perhaps they mean it's not ready for them to see.

They get the script for the episode they are taping that week the night before the Wednesday table read.  So the cast won't see the script for 12x24 until this coming Tuesday night.

That's what I thought they must mean. I wonder if they try to get hints from the crew ? I wonder what they'll think when they see the final script ? Whatever's happening to their characters in the last episode, there'll be no going back, no changes of direction, no quarrels made up, no moves unmade,no publications retracted,no lost jobs regained, no missed movies seen later, no board or card games replayed, no cut hair regrown, in fact nothing uncertain resolved nor wrongs put right in a subsequent episode ..........  So let's hope all is well at the end.

At this point I am more curious as to what the actors themselves do next. I don't really expect a mind blowing end to the series. We had Shatter and Hamill and some Nobel Laureates so I'm happy with that. It would have been nice if Carrie Fisher had had a more significant role. Loved seeing James Earl Jones. They have had a bunch of guests over the years, some them got tiny parts, but it was nice to have them included. Bob Newhart will likely be the most memorable for me but there have been many others.

In my experience it is the characters and characterizations one remembers. The week to week issues tend to be forgotten.

You know, obviously it is not a surprise for me the show is ending , as it is only one month more of s12 and of the show itself and we know that since the beginning of the season. But looking at that empty white board made the all thing sinking in for real for the first time for me....

It will be hard for me  letting go these characters when they have been in my life for last four years. No more seasons, tapings reports, table readings, set pics, IG captions from cast and crew. No more discussions about what could happen in the lives of these incredible characters...

My apologies but I had to put this out of my chest and doing it among fans of the show... I know you would understand me. Thanks!

What I will miss the most with the show ending is all the discussion with members from all over the world on this forum. Sure we don't always  agree on various things but we all have the same love to the show.
