Happy Easter, everyone!

So anyone excited for the new episode? I am curious about Leonard's mom. My gut says she is sick. Starts being nice to seek forgiveness. He is happy. He finds out she is sick and is upset that she is only being nice now that she is deathly sick and wants some sort of relationship before it is too late. I honestly think it has nothing to do with a baby Hofsteadter.

As an academic, I find that completely unrealistic and goes against the show's pattern of Sheldon often sitting at his desk.  

He's too big for the couch.

The show is easier to write with Amy and Sheldon in the smaller apt. because Leonard is the one who is friends with all of them.  Raj, Howard, etc. come over mostly to be with Leonard.  It doesn't work as well to have a lot of people in the smaller apt.  

They are ALL friends.

So the solution should have been changing some of the furtinutre, they also should have redecorated 4A some more IMO....

I agree with this, I'm not sure this is even going to be mention anymore.

As for Beverly I think it might have something to do with not being done experimenting on Leonard.

The barging in complaint was negated when Shamy woke up and found Leonard sleeping on their couch after the fight with Penny over the sperm donation. If he can come into their place, they can come into his place. It implies everyone can do it and is okay with it.

I think Sheldon and Amy fit perfectly in 4B. A nice cosy place for them and Sheldon looks wonderful on that teal loveseat! The perfect place for Shamy to cuddle!

Beverly, being a top (whatever she is) comes and helps Penny resolve her feelings about not wanting children.

The barging in complaint was negated when Shamy woke up and found Leonard sleeping on their couch after the fight with Penny over the sperm donation. If he can come into their place, they can come into his place. It implies everyone can do it and is okay with it.

The barging in is not a complaint it’s an observation of the reality that is Lenny’s place in the show. Other than when the gang eats food at the couch, virtually every scene with Lenny as a couple or individually ends up taking place at that damned island. And the countless examples of Shamy coming into that apartment unannounced before the single event of Leonard crashing on their couch takes place is not negated by that one instance.

Leonard used his key to let himself in for his own purposes while Shamy were in bed, which from a normal neighbour would be unacceptable behaviour. However, these are not normal neighbours. None of this gang keep anything private. Bowel movements, nasal mucus, sexual activity, childbirth, and medical issues are all shared with one another. Waltzing in and out of one another's homes as if they were shared spaces is part of what they do. Bernadette did once ask Sheldon how he got in if I remember rightly, but privacy on the whole doesn't seem part of the arrangement for this lot.

I agree with you. I think they all do it, and no one is put off about it.

Then he can put it in storage and buy a new one. The couch in 4A belongs to Leonard, since he bought the couch!

Did Leonard let himself into 4B and proceed to enter Sheldon & Amy’s bedroom and loom over them as they were sleeping? No. Did he play bongos or a keyboard or a tuba while they were sleeping? No. Did he climb out on a window ledge while they were sleeping to gain access to their bedroom? No.

Mary really should have gotten that second opinion on Sheldon being crazy!

This is what I think as well. Penny seeks professional advice from her mother-in-law

Also didn't Sheldon barge into Penny's apt. when she was sleeping to ask her about why she was thinking of breaking up with Leonard?  (S6, ep.2)  Who does this kind of thing even if they are good friends. And now it seems Shamy can barge into apt 4A whenever they please because Sheldon still thinks he lives there and has some special rights to enter.

Of all the Sheldon intrusions, the one that bothered me the most is the one where he invaded Penny’s Apartment (when he was barely an acquaintance) to clean it. cringeworthy but also hilarious.  Poor Leonard.

There were several examples. 🙂
