Maybe some more furniture  so there's somewhere else to sit ? How about getting the table and dining chairs out of wherever they've been keeping them ?

That was a great failure once before. But of course you're right. In view of the many expected famous gamblers it should be a must. 😉

Nah, they’d have to change the position of the fixed camera that’s been pointing at that island all these years if they started messing with the idea of scenes around an eight seater table!

So for the foreseeable future there's nowhere but the couch or kitchen island where they can have a conversation with their clothes on ? Shamy have three and their place is much smaller, and Howardette have four at their bigger place.

Can you recall anything happening anywhere else in that apartment since Penny spoke to Sheldon in the bathroom at his birthday party and that time penny folded sheets and towels in their bedroom!?!

There were a couple of conversations in the bedroom. But really, other than the bedroom, living room or bathroom, where else is there to talk in the apartment? That leaves only the hallway!

Hope in the final episode it’s gonna be a nursery 😁

Last I saw, Sheldon had his white boards in it. I agree, it would be nice if Leonard and Penny were making plans for turning it into a nursery for their smart and beautiful Hofstadter child or children.  :sungum:

They can but will they? That's the question!

Think of how much they could have progressed the Lenny and kids story if they hadn’t wasted a whole episode on what they gave us last night.  Leonard being sick could have gave us an episode of Penny taking care of him and realizing how much she loves him and how it makes her feel bad when he isn’t feeling good or unhappy.  Her taking care of him could also make her think about taking care of a child, so instead of a dream about alien Leonard eating people we could have one of Penny having a dream of maybe shopping with her little daughter and how it makes her feel.  Just saying.

I can find nothing wrong here! I would have loved seeing Penny clothes and shoe shopping with her daughter or teaching her son sports!

Yep it was a missed opportunity for them to have Penny take care of him, but I guess jokes are more important to them even they make Penny look uncaring.

Didn't like how they had Denise happy to have Stuarts babies, especially since they have Penny not wanting Leonard's it felt like a low blow to fans.

I woulden't like Penny taking care of him. I like that they are individuals. She is his wife, not his Mother. But that is just my perspective.

What surprises me the most is that tptb haven't had sheldon making snide remarks to Leonard about the smart and beautiful babies

That is harsh, what happened to the “in sickness and health” that it is still in most wedding vows?  Husbands and wives take care of each other a lot, especially when they get older, I don’t think anyone is thinking they are acting like a mother.

She made him tea, offered to go get him medicine and offered to sleep on the couch.  What else should she have done for her fully grown, extremely intelligent husband with the sniffles?

Exactly, that is what a wife does, how is that being his mother.  Now if she sang Soft Kittie to him I would say he is acting like a child and her his mother.

Yeah, that sums it up, aside from maybe being a bit less snarky.

Personally, I think the "snot nose" comment was a bit over the top and snarky!

All of the couples snark at each other sometimes.  The scene needed a laugh.

I'm married 35 years this year, given and received too many snarks to count...lol

I guess we disagree.  I've been married 39 years and we're not snarky at each other. We may argue, but we're never snarky. I guess we're one lucky couple!

We very rarely argue but snark like crazy.  Whatever works, simply works.

Cheers to all of us that have been in it for the long haul!
