So Penny doesn’t want kids........yeah........right.  I guess I don’t have any else to say about this episode.

This episode proved nothing about her wanting kids. She was totally influenced by Betnadette not wanting to have kids after her complaining about her kids. Sheldon I believe had it right by saying basically people changing minds. TBH that’s the most I laughed in years watching the show. Everyone was great. Still don’t believe Raj is marrying Anu.

Funniest interactions for me were between Howard and Bernadette. I think they're hilarious as a married couple.

I see chemistry between Stuart and Denise but I think the show gained nothing from them being at Howardette's house. We could have had something sweet and awkward if they'd gone to her place, for example.

I see NO chemistry between Raj and Anu, although the lines about the parents were funny. I wonder what will happen though when she finds out he's bad with money, unless his parents are going to give him money because they are happy he's marrying. I hope if they continue the engagement that things improve between them.

Lenny...sorry, but I personally think Leonard was a complete ass for calling Wyatt before he and Penny had delved into the topic of children more. And am I missing it? Where did they say previously, please, that his sister kept the name and has five boys? Anyway, I think the topic of her having kids is done. They might revisit it but my gut feeling is that they won't.

Penny's interactions with Penny were all badly done to me, but Sheldon's with Leonard were pretty funny to me, more like the old Sheldon.

The batmobile scene was cute. Does anyone know how many of those things they had? I assume several in case of accidents or mechanical problems.

Not as I see it. She went into the office ready to say she didn't want them. Bernie just exacerbated the situation.,

She went to Bernadettes office to ask her to go to lunch. Also Penny knew she was in the wrong about deciding  she didn’t want to have kids without asking him. That’s why she rented the batmobile.

I agree with you on these parts, I get from this episode that Penny is not wanting kids, too.  I also see Leonard throwing Penny under the bus with her father as something very real and I don’t feel sorry for her because she has thrown him under the bus before, so it is deserved.

Because that's what married people do?  Revenge?  No, it was simply petty.  IMO

It may be petty but a lot of characters have done it on the show. Your avatar for example.

I'm not sure, but I think just this one from the 1966 TV series. Warner Bros. has an exhibit dedicated to the Batmobiles. I believe they just used the car that was on display there, but I could be wrong.

Now for my thoughts on a Lenny baby:

I think the writers are going back to the initial "will they, won't they" foundation of Leonard and Penny's relationship. However, this time, it's about having kids. Penny renting the Batmobile could be a bit of foreshadowing, i.e., she made this dream come true, so maybe she'll reconsider having kids down the line. I just hope that it's a mutual decision if/when it happens. Clearly, the more people tell Penny she'd be a great mother, the more she recoils. Perhaps something will spark her interest in future episodes that she will come to the realization on her own.

I don’t see Leonard ringing his father in law petty. Penny done same in the past.

Are you talking about 5 years ago when Penny called Beverly because Leonard was trying to manipulate her using his "grief" over his childhood?  Yeah, not the same.

Children are a lifelong commitment, you don't call you father in law to spill the beans about that revelation.

Penny apparently didn’t have a problem with what Leonard did. At least Leonard didn’t Skype Wyatt when Penny was in her underwear.

He'd need to know. Sooner or later he'd be asking questions anyway if he wasn't already. He's a farmer. We don't know what his grandson or his other son-in-law are like and we know his son is a chocolate teapot. He had high hopes of Leonard's genes. This is not information to be kept from him.
