I believe it's a lot different over here!

So I'm guessing Dame Edna Everage ad Mrs Brown are not popular characters over there and  in Cinderella  Prince Charming would be played by a man and The Wicked Stepmother and The Ugly Sisters would be played by women ?

Who knows? It really doesn't matter.

It might, if it affects attitudes to Raj.

That's comedy, so, to me it don't matter what Raj does in the episode.  I can't and won't try to speak for anybody else. Heck, I'll probably laugh out loud at the portrayal. Just as I laughed at him in that ridiculous Aquaman on a seahorse costume, both episodes. :sungum:

I don't know about the US, I know that here guys do dress as women in Purim (the holiday we wear costumes in) for laughs.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying it's not done here in the Good ole U. S. of A. I'm just saying I, personally, haven't seen it done.

That'll be why you thought Raj might be channelling his feminine side then.

Maybe, hell, I don't know what I said or really care. I've moved on. I'm 63 years old, I can't remember what I ate for breakfast. Raj just has a massive feminine side is all I meant. He channels it from time to time.

From Glamour

The Big Bang Theory Season 12, Episode 6 Recap: Those Epic Halloween Costumes Explained

The Big Bang Theory didn't just go big for its final Halloween episode of the series, it went epic. From a Supreme Court justice to an '80s cartoon character, the writers, actors, and costume department pulled out all the stops to propel the story forward while also paying homage to its iconic characters. Every costume was made in house in a matter of weeks; no easy feat when you're talking about the Bill of Rights or a helicopter propeller. And the episode's main story—Sheldon getting his feelings hurt when Howard dressed up as him for Halloween—was actually loosely based on a real-life event that happened to one of the writers. Given all the heavy lifting that went in to creating the episode, executive producer and showrunner Steve Holland gave Glamour.com the exclusive details on how it all came together.

I smiled at Leonard's costume but since I laughed at it last week in the preview all it got was a smile during the actual episode.

The after party scene saved the Lenny plot, but I just didn't buy it. I usually love Kaley's acting but she really phoned that scene in. It just didn't come across as sincere. She seemed to just be reading cue cards.

I was disappointed in Howard's Sheldon impression I expected Simon to nail it but he missed it by a mile.

The Raj/Anu, Bert and Stuart parts were purely filler and contributed nothing to the episode.

The Howardette and Shamy plot was not at all funny and simply made me wonder why these people are "friends",  shamy as Howard and Bernie were just painful to watch.

I give it a 2 out of 10 the last ever Halloween episode was a completely wasted by TPTB and my expectations for the "FINAL SEASON" are now lower than ever.

What does Leonard want from Penny? I mean not getting Leonard atm. Either Penny is not being nice to Leonard. OR on the other hand she attempts to make up or show how much she cares about their relationship. Shes not being sincere, She cant win. So it is more a damnd if you do, damnd if you dont situation. I am not sure what she would get out of misleading Leonard. So I wonder if this up to your own personal interpretation, a writing issue, or if Kaley really is phoning it in.
