Yes, Penny and Sheldon always had great chemistry, and bexcause of Sheldon's usual hostile or disdainful manner his occasional shows of affection to P were very effective. But for S & P eps maybe the Adhesive Duck Deficiency (where Penny fell in the shower and Sheldon drove her to the ER) was even better. For me the best ever episode was "The Gorilla Dissolution" when Penny and Leonard got engaged. It really came as a surprise and was well done. Tribble Posted February 4, 2019 Posted February 4, 2019 (edited) The shamy train episode by far, followed by the scavenger episode. Edited February 4, 2019 by Tribble
serena_1995 Posted February 4, 2019 Posted February 4, 2019 (edited) Best episode would be a close tie between Adhesive Duck Deficiency and Einstein Approximation, mostly because they make me laugh out loud consistently and have creative plots and memorable scenes . The ballpit scene, the scene where Sheldon goes to the employment agency and Sheldon working at Cheesecake Factory were hysterical Edited February 4, 2019 by serena_1995

bfm Posted February 4, 2019 Posted February 4, 2019 This is very hard, but I guess I'd have to say "The Einstein Approximation". IMO it is hilarious through and through, it is creative, the characters are all used very well in it and the performances are wonderful (including Menial Employee of the Month). The ballpit scene is a classic.
veejay Posted February 4, 2019 Posted February 4, 2019 S6 - The Egg Salad Equivalency Highlights for me: 'Sheldon Cooper's Council of Ladies‘, Penny’s disclosed insecurity (of course incl. the hilarious 'Molecules‘) & Leonard’s reaction. Also the brilliant dialogues between Sheldon and Alex & Janine Davis, the HR-admin.

Although I’m not a fan of the train episode I could find 10 episodes in each of the last 4 seasons that are worse than that and a few others before that that are worse. My favorites: 1 Adhesive Duck 2.Egg Salad (JMO but This makes Alex the most beloved villainess in Lenny World) As for Bath Item I think that fits into best scene ever more than best episode
shell Posted February 4, 2019 Posted February 4, 2019 I also love when they play Pictionary and when Sheldon doesn't sleep for days during his research. Love the smoking monkey when Amy is drunk--I believe it was their first kiss.

Jonny Posted February 5, 2019 Posted February 5, 2019 (edited) It's between Bakersfield Expedition, Troll Manifestation and Veracity Elasticity for me. Those are the three episodes that if they were on tv I would just sit down on watch them every time they are on. Veracity Elasticity was the most recent of the three and probably the last time I was well and truly in awe of this show and the heights it hit creatively, in an acting sense and in its production. They didn't show it, but Sheldon described it in The Zazzy Substitution:- Sheldon: She’s not my girlfriend. She’s a girl and she’s my friend, but there’s no touching or unsanitary exchange of saliva. Leonard: Got it. Sheldon: Although, for the record, on one occasion, she licked her thumb to remove raspberry jelly from the corner of my mouth. It’s an action we both regret to this day.
