I'd love to know what Bill Prady's thoughts are on Young Sheldon. Maybe he's supportive of Chuck Lorre and Steve Molaro, but having created TBBT alongside Chuck, it seems like the new show is now Lorre and Molaro's baby. I wonder if he is/was supportive of the decision to bring adolescent Sheldon to life or against it. Anyone know if there's an article or interview with Prady on the matter?

He is quoted as "consulting producer" in YS's credits, but I've not idea what that role entails, or if that means he is supportive of the show. He did tweet a couple of times about YS, wishing Lorre and Molaro luck for the new project.

From Inside Jobs

Consulting Producers lend a hand to the Scriptwriters and the Executive Producer of a TV show. They may assist in writing or directing the show depending on where it’s lagging.

Often, as a Consulting Producer, you’ve already worked as a high-level Writer or Producer. You serve on TV shows you once directed but have since parted ways with, or assist Producers with a new show in a similar vein. This Producer-with-benefits position means you can offer ideas and tips to the show’s production crew without working nine to five on the set every day.

Nice episode, even if I preferred last week one...Just one observation, if the doctor who tested Sheldon is the one introduced in this episode, no wonder Mary regrets to this day to not have consulted another specialist in Houston, LOL!

Well, this is interesting... Apparently, the theme song, "Mighty Little Man," is from Steve Burns of Blue's Clues fame.

I like the theme song, but not 100% convinced by the video attached to it. The cow showed in the first couple of episodes was odd indeed, I think they replaced it with a bale of hay in the last one, which is better, but still weird.

TBH I think YS open is weird as I can not see much of Sheldon character there, you know ...
